I just left the bank here and the ATM isn’t working. The workers said they’d be right with me and then never came back to the point where I needed to leave. I’ve never had a good experience here. Worst TD bank ever.

Go to another TD Bank, save yourself the long wait of pure disappointment. I went to get my card situated because one of the bankers thoughts she set up my online card (which she didn't). So I came in and had to talk to everyone in the establishment for them to tell me that there's nothing they can do while giving me a smart smirk. If you do want to go here please get Alan to help you. Refuse to see Alison. I'm sorry that TD Bank wasted their time training these un useful associates.

Staff was friendly but there's only two people working which creates longer than necessary lines for people attempting to make very simple transactions. Bank is clean inside, offers an ATM, has plenty of parking, along with handicap-friendly facilities such as entrance, parking, and restrooms.

This TDB location has always been friendly and nice. Lately, they changed their staff to the most arrogant, lazy people. This pretty black girl receptionist told me to stay back and 'wait a minute' while raising a finger at me - like I am a dog in training. When she asked me why I am there, I said I want to make a deposit. She then said "turn your back to where you entered by the door, there are deposit slips there, grab one, fill it out, then come back to me with completed deposit slips" -- what a lazy, arrogant primadonna. Maybe she should be sent to a customer service class first thing, so she knows how to greet customers and introduce herself to start with. Her action is a big turn off and a slap to the name of TD bank!

This is the most unfriendly TD Bank I've ever had the most unfortunate pleasure of walking in. Will never go here again due to their inability to allow me to use their restroom. When I asked, they said they don't have one which is a down right lie because every TD Bank has one and I've used them at just about every location. Them not allowing me to use is down right wrong and I will bank elsewhere. Apparently my business isn't that important to them.

Absolutely the worst banking customer care ever. I am currently on hold for 45 minutes for service via the 800#. A number that my local representative gave me. So, now I ring my local branch that handles my business account via my mobile phone. They cannot call me back for over a day to assist what should be a very minor change/clarification. And the online experience is even far worse. This is truly unacceptable business and or banking practices during any situation. And this is not the first day of such a crisis. Time for TD to get its act together.

Let's start off by saying I HAVE never wrote a review before but I feel as if it's a must after what I experienced today. I am a New York resident but was doing some christmas shopping in the area and had some issues with my account and wanted to catch a bank before closing. The "vice president" Daryn..I believe last name williams was so horrible from the minute I sat with him. He was INSANELY rude and unprofessional and spoke to me in such a degrading way the whole time. I just couldn't believe how he spoke to me as a customer trying to reach out for help. He sat there and said to me and my sister "Yes you two are right and i'm wrong" in the most sarcastic way possible. At this point I was livid and could go on forever about how blown away I was in the way he treated me and I can only imagine how many others get this treatment...

Shysters.......handled a wire transfer mix up very unethically. Gave them two chances to come to a mutually agreeable resolution but they decided to keep their fee nevertheless. Stay away.
