Stopped in here on whim last week with a little time to kill and decided to buy my fiancé a nice bottle of wine for his birthday. The salesman took me through some of their selection and ultimately recommended a slightly pricey ten year old Bordeaux, after admitting that the more expensive 1983 bottle that he could have sold me may not have actually been worth it for someone with my fiancé’s palette. (He appreciates good wine, but he isn’t a connoisseur.) Not only do I really appreciate the honesty here, but the expertise, as the wine was both very much enjoyed in the end, and worth the price. I also bought a fancy box of beautiful chocolates. It’s a great gift stop for people difficult to shop for but for who enjoy tasty food and wine and appreciate the finer things in life. I’m glad I came in here!

I purchased a gift card from The Wine List for my colleague in December of 2022 and she attempted to use just over 2 years later and they said it was expired and wouldn't honor it. They kept my money and I will never go there again. Horrible business practice. Stay away!

Tried out the pour over at the coffee shop. The owner took out time to explain to us the different types of coffee and blends - also recommended the best coffee for our preferred taste. Nice spot to check out.

Incredible find. Their selection of wines and other spirits, IPAs in particular, is definitely impressive! And they have the most fantastic cheese and deli section, with the cheese selection making even specialty cheese stores jealous! Absolutely worth a visit!

I had a $50 gift card to use, the guy at the store told me their gift cards expire after 1 year. I didn’t think gift cards can expire, it looks like it’s illegal to devalue gift cards in NJ less than 2 years old. He did me a “favor” and let me use half the value. First and last time I stop in there.

I have simply not enjoyed their wine selection. I have also noted that some wines here sell for about $10 over average price at other stores. So simply I don’t get a good value for price here

Love coming here for the great recommendations and exceptional customer service. Their team is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - I’ve really enjoyed trying new wines and always come here for gifts since they recommend great wines at all price points. Very highly recommend!

My partner and I always make sure to stop at Wine List whenever we visit the Summit area. Located along the main street, Wine List is in a most convenient spot and it doesn't hurt that the space is vast, but not overcrowded with alcohol displays. There is a great variety of items to choose from, including hard ciders. On our last visit, we looked for a specific red wine and we were helped immediately with finding a substitute since they didn't have it in stock. We normally deal with the same staff member, who is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the perfect product. You can't go wrong with Wine List, we've always left happy.

Last week, I stopped by this shop and ordered beer and champagne. I like the way the waiters and waitresses look like that. They were good, kind, and smiling. And besides, the beers and the champagne they were serving me were fantastic. Their store was huge and convenient for relaxing. Honestly, it was very good to be at your shop here. Uh, thanks!
