Really disappointed with their customer service and service overall. We ordered my daughter’s high school swim team swag from here on 12/13/23 and was told that it would take about 4-6 weeks. Now the swim season has ended and whenever anyone from the team calls the store, we get the same “you’ll receive an email from the store by the end of the week” that we have gotten for the last three weeks that we have been calling.

They are a local, family run business. Great for a last minute need...a pair of cleats that my daughter outgrew or a pair of baseball pants my son outgrew. If they don't have it, they do their best to get the item if they can...and quickly. They also do printing on shirts to personalize. Also, a great place to get some local swag! I appreciate not needing to go far and supporting a local business at the same time!

I went to Thompson's 3 times for something and 3 times they messed up. I was going to a birthday party and I wanted to get a sweatshirt for the guy so I got him a sweatshirt with the name on it, they said it would be three days. It was 2 months. I also wanted to get a bat another time. They didn't have them in stock so we got our name on the list and they said it would come in 5 days. We came back 5 days later and they said they didn't come yet. We came back a week later and still didn't have them. We got a bat somewhere else and 2 weeks into the season, they finally had the bat. Another time, we went to get a sweatshirt. They said it would come in a day with the name and stuff on it. We got a call, it said they put the sweatshirt in the dryer and it was too hot so it all melted and we had to get to a birthday party so we asked can you do it again, that was the only size that fit that they had. Thompson's is terrible. I don't recommend it. I give it 0 stars. But they didn't call us. I called them about the sweatshirt. They should have called us in each case but I always had to reach out to them.
