I’ve been going here for years and typically they do a great job. Recently, I bought a quilted coat from Paris and brought it here only for it to get DESTROYED. So much of the stitching came out. I sent it back and they still missed seams and did a terrible job. I had to bring it to a tailor to get repaired for 60 and Tide was no help. So disappointed. I’m not out 60 for their damages

They normally do a good job. I always drop off and pick up my shirts and dry cleaning. For some incomprehensible reason when I went to pick up my shirts they were out for delivery. They said I could pick them up the next day and they’d cancel the unrequested delivery. When I got home the night I was supposed to pick up the shirts, they were hanging on my door. Nothing awful, but not what I requested.
