He was very warm and friendly and as a former customer service rep from Jamaica ?? it sat very well with me. My husband and I decided to sit with him and we were blown away by this excellent, well mannered and delightful young man, who wore a big smile the whole time we were in his chairs. His we can get it for you attitude was everything . We decided on a Nissan rouge and in a few minutes he had us approved for finance with no credit and several issues we faced were not used against us at all. I love the business we did and I would recommend anyone to do business with nj used cars , it doesn’t matter your situation go see Anthony he can get it done. Definitely will return.
About a week after this I recommended a friend to them and it seems like it was the worst thing I did. These people are having so many problems with the vehicle they bought and they have been getting sloppy services from nj usedcar regarding how to go about getting the issues sorted.
Now after running around with the dealer for over 3 weeks the problems still not sliced.
Anthony was great but never again will I ever recommend any one to this place it’s not good and they are not honest. Every time u call no one wants to talk to you . Can u imaging buying a vehicle for almost 28000 with financial aid and ur having issues same day u drive out of the dealer ship. They were informed of the issue the same time on the 17aug and until now they still can’t fix the issues saying the mechanic over looked strouts and linkage when the car was being serviced. The car is not holding up after just 3 weeks of purchase. Rip off…”
