The lady that works here is so rude! I have tried to send a package and she always find something to complain about. Even if the box has some remaining of glue from an old label that was already removed, she wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know if she just hates her job but please USPS, train your employees to give a better service. A small smile, a simple “what can I help you with?”, please and thank you make a big difference!!!
I’m not coming back to this office.

Workers here are miserable and have no understanding of how to help customers. When they found an issue through my passport process they gave little to no insight and just kept repeating the same issue. Afterwards went to city hall and there was a night and day difference in treatment and service and finally got answers on how to fix some papers.

Lazy at most - they are open late and even tho no ready to work - any excuse to turn people away.

The worse by far post office in Nj Robert was my check he did not know the zip code for my letter , I had asked geoogle and I have thee wrong one , he said I don’t know . Where should I look Ai this problem should be replace. This cases are good to be replace by Ai

Never in my life have I been treated poorly than by this attendant. I recorded her after her disrespect attacks to me. She said she would call the cops on me and also recorded me back and pull out her phone.

KATHY needs to be FIRED immediately, Rude she refused to ship my packages & attempted to hold then from me/ questioning me. She needs to be fired this is unacceptable & unprofessional from a resident who lives in this town

Kathy is pompous and rude! Never have I experienced such passive aggression at a freaking post office!! In the few minutes I was inside I witnessed her stick her nose in business that was not hers while making several racist micro-aggressions. Kathy, if you are reading this, I am sorry your life sucks but don't make it everyone else's problem! Sad and pathetic.

I came to do my passport and had a appointment the employee ROBERT gave me a hard time because I had a couple of questions pertaining the application. He also refused to take my picture and got another employee to do it because of the fact he didn’t want to tell me to take my hair down because it was too high. Robert helped everyone else who was sadly his complexion and obviously didn’t have a scheduled appointment. The management was good and helped thank god but Robert needs to be fired. He has a nasty attitude!

I came in to drop off my prepaid packages. Two post office clerks kept on referring me to a self-checkout. I mentioned to the clerks that the machine is not working. The workers were unwilling to simply scan out the packages. One of the worker, ‘’ Kathy’’ has finally decided to scan my packages with an ongoing attitude. This is not the first time I recieved attitude for asking to scan out prepaid packages. Looking at the reviews here, I am not the only one.

Information on website is incorrect. No walk in passport appointments on Saturdays 1-4pm. Office closes at 1pm on Saturdays and cannot do walk in appointment for passports at all. Not sure why they can't update their website appropriately.
