I recently got a new work email which wouldn't open on my phone, just a message saying "Getting messages" which it never did for 3 weeks.
I took to 5 Verizon techs in 3 diff. stores, they were all puzzled.
The man at Summit Tech Center fixed the security issue in 5 minutes and with no charge.
I am very grateful!!
Thank you smarty pants!!

Molly and Rubal offer outstanding customer service. The client feel special and well cared for while getting all the technical questions answered. This is per a senior member of the community! go there soon for supplies and advice. they even offer home visits!!

We’ve had multiple awful experiences with other Verizon’s in the area and this location was amazing. Rubal was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire experience of updating both my phone and my fiancés phone. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish and we will definitely come back to this location for any future Verizon visits.

Rubal was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem I was having and offer multiple solutions. All items that I needed/wanted to purchase were available at the store. I look forward to seeing Rubal again. A+ for customer service.

I can't say enough great things about Summit Technology and Rubal. I was very eager to get the new iPhone and he helped me through the whole process and I had it in a week! Phone setup and date transfer was a breeze. Great selection of cases and he installed the protective glass for me. 10/10 recommend!

10 out of 10! Literal best technology center. Prices and conditions of products were immaculate. The atmosphere is perfect, and the staff is extremely nice! They can help fix any technology problem. It’s the place to go.

My experience at the Verizon Summit was amazing! I was having issues with wifi and bluetooth misbehaving, but Rubal was able to help me solve all my issues. His customer service was very friendly and efficient. 10/10!
