Review for Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy #13755
I was specifically referred to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy #13755 by my physician, who highly recommended it as the best in the area. I wholeheartedly agree with that assessment! The pharmacist and his team truly exemplify excellence in customer service. They are attentive, caring, friendly, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Despite being a busy pharmacy, they processed my special prescription with remarkable care and precision. I received thorough instructions on how to administer my medication, which was incredibly helpful. The priority overnight shipment via FedEx ensured I received everything promptly.
This was my second order, as I unfortunately mishandled the first one by not refrigerating it. When I spoke to the pharmacist for assistance, he immediately processed a new order and arranged for it to be FedEx shipped overnight. Thanks to his prompt action, I didn't miss a single dose.
This pharmacy embodies the warm, personal touch reminiscent of the family drug stores that once flourished in the USA. It truly should serve as a model for every pharmacy out there.

Refused to fill prescription and would not discuss it with my doctor's office.

My doctor put in a prescription for sleeping pills I needed on Saturday morning. I was expecting to pick up the same day. When I called them it took a couple of minutes to answer the phone and then they put on hold for a half hour that I hung up. As it turns out they waited until the following Monday to fill my prescription. I thought the medicine was out of stock but as it turns out it was in stock. They just were very slow to fill it. Between the wait time to fill my prescription and the excessive hold time on the phone I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

The Pharmacy staff has been so helpful to me. Had such trouble getting my prescription filled from my insurance but the staff was very patient with me during the whole time. Jay was great! Many attempts of retrying the approval when my insurance said to continue to try even though it was not working. After WEEKS it was finally approved and he helped get my script filled quickly and tried to see if it could be shipped in time for my doctor’s appointment!

The worst customer service! Summit is a nice town, even a stranger says good morning. I have the same meds EVERY month and they never have the right quantity, the wait time when you HAVE to call them/in person as well is ridiculous for a small town. They are just not considerate or unhelpful! They don't do any vaccines and are a just pick up medication hub so why is it so difficult

I have Lupus AND have been diagnóstico with Depression so sometimes one Store may Not have My meds on stock SO the Dr may need to send it to an entierro difference store. Rare but it has happened I actually have been a Walgreens fan far longer Then CVS only because THATS where I started was Walgreens but I imagine a pharmacy is a pharmacy Im thinking as long as they have My sons meds as well as mine AND our Best intereses at heart Then we are good. I have been traerte better at Walgreens but Then again Not everyone is going to be in a Norman Rockwell mood everyday. Lol

If no stars was an option that is what they would get. I got out of work early to arrive at 4:43p to this tiny hole in the wall location (blink and you will miss it) on a Saturday. Only to arrive to the doors closed and other patrons equally upset and disappointed that the store for no reason decided to cut out early. Shame on you. The poor fellow that was first waiting was devastated and upset that the store decided to close. Same friend, Same. Serving the community - Nope. Closing early and upsetting people who had to travel to get to you as quickly as possible - is disgusting.
