It is known for incredible sales and service, specializing as a Platinum Certified Sea-Doo and Yamaha Watercraft dealership. The staff provides the best service, going out of their way to help customers. They are always a pleasure to deal with, being fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and courteous. The service team is incredibly responsive; in one instance, they assisted with a mechanical issue within minutes, performing a repair and water test so the customers were back on the water in less than an hour. They also help boaters in need, such as by obtaining a needed part to get them back on their way. The sales process features a good selection and smooth transactions, with staff taking time to explain everything. The marina also offers storage and is highly recommended, with zero reason to go anywhere else on Long Beach Island.
