Addition: I shpuld have mentioned the helpful knowledgeable staff there- tjey are friendly, and offer to help find stuff. The prices are up but being one of very few hardware stores on the island, it is really not that bad. Always find what I need, LBI's preferred ( by me and others I know) hardware spot! With all of the new construction going on on the island this place is busy busy busy!!! Go early-

Easy to park, not too crowded, the man making keys was able to direct me to the nice lady who could help me. And help me she did, finding me just the right parts at a great price, and she was super nice as well. I’ll definitely come back the next time I need hardware or supplies!

I can’t speak to products or prices, but the staff here is just wonderful. We were nearby and our car’s battery died - we were panicking, but discovered Tuckerton Lumber Company and went inside to see if anybody had jumper cables. Several of the staff members helped us look for cables and one even lent us his jumper pack. We even got the help getting our car started again. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. We left LBI with warm and happy hearts thanks to your team.

Awesome place. They usually have everything you might be looking for all you have to do. If you don't know where to look, ask one of their salespeople, they will help you out if not, they will get it for you. Great place a highly recommend.

Great price on molding lumber. 42 cents per ft. on Shoe molding. HD is 79 cents.And don't have to go over the Causeway bridge.

Best in the business. They are so helpful. Always have a great selection of high quality building products. Years ago i had some of my broken makita tools brought over to them. they shipped them out to makita at no cost to get fixed under warranty for me.
