Baker's is no longer "locally owned", "locally operated" as advertised. The delays with getting your scripts - especially brands - is unacceptable. There's no reason to have to wait for your arrival in order to get your prescriptions filled. My family and I transferred all of our prescriptions out. I fully support local, independent businesses; however, in good faith and with much heartfelt sadness, I can no longer recommend Baker's Pharmacy. The complaints and experiences shared by current customers whether it is wait times at the store, unnecessary and lengthy delays for medications to be ordered, or being told to go elsewhere after being loyal customers for years truly breaks my heart. I've heard so many stories...their once stellar reputation is gone. I truly hope the business turns around and once again flourishes, becoming a pillar of first class service for the community.

I have been going to Bakers for over fifteen years and I have never had a bad encounter until today 3/4/2025. The pharmacist, who is new, became combative with me when I tried to show her that she made a mistake about the date that I was ellegible for my next medicine pick up. I begged her to go over it with me while looking at a calendar, but she refused my request every time. Now she refuses to fill all of my prescriptions from here on out, making the decision with the company's board without even giving me a chance to be heard on the matter. Now I have to find a new pharmacy because the Pharmacist doesn't like to be told that she is wrong and because she refused to clarify the date with me. I'm sorry, but just because she is the Pharmacist doesn't mean that she can't make mistakes. After all, we are all human and we all make mistakes, but I'm the one who is being treated like I did something wrong when I only asked her to clarify the date using a calendar, a simple request.

Ever since they got new management at the store,it's a hassle just to get my scripts. I call they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes each time and sometimes I get hung up on. As far as calling to ask if ALL my scripts are ready,I get told yes but when I go to pick them up,of course they give me half of them. They are never honest with me. Today I walked in and the lady told me she was going to get THEM ready because I had 2. I get one with 6 inside instead of 90. What a joke. Today is due date for one of the meds.the 22nd. This is not the first time I had to wait over my due date to receive my meds. I hope they read this and change their ways with me because I feel discrimination against me.

I'm switched all my prescriptions to Baker's for a few years ago, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my decision. Anyone there I've ever dealt with there has been friendly, helpful, willing to answer questions, and get things done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I went here one time to fill a prescription. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. The pharmacist called me down to pick up area after a few minutes and questioned why I was taking the specific dosage of my medication that I'm prescribed. He then asked why I switched from Walgreens to Bakers. I had been having issues with Walgreens not receiving my prescriptions from my doctor and my doctor recommended trying Bakers. After being basically interrogated the Pharmacist told me he would fill my prescription this time, but I'd have to go somewhere else after that. I reported the incident to my doctor who told me they aren't allowed to deny filling a prescription, but I don't want to give my business to a place that treats their customers like criminals so I went elsewhere. Apparently it used to be a good pharmacy before it went under new ownership. I'd avoid if possible. Good luck.

Brain is no longer the pharmacist and owner, sadly it shows. I will never go there again after how my last prescription was handled. Not even an I am sorry...just whatever. And mind you there were 6 people behind the counter.

What a big difference at Baker's Pharmacy then you would have at a big-name drugstore. Everyone at Baker's Pharmacy knows your name and when you call a live person actually answers the phone, imagine that. They are always so helpful and take time to talk to you if you have any questions or concerns.. if you want to go to a pharmacy where you actually feel like a person and not just a number then you want to go to Baker's PharmacyBaker's Pharmacy reminds me of when I was a kid you walk in and everybody knows you when you call you don't get a computer system that makes you push 12 buttons before you can finally get a live person on the phone it's an old hometown Pharmacy and all the staff and I mean all the staff are very very nice and are willing to stop anything they're doing to help you with any questions you may have

This place continues to use my debit card to pay for prescriptions for my mother and brother despite the fact that I never authorized them to do so and this has happened several times. They are incompetent and I will be reporting this as fraud because it is. My 87 year old mother and 55 year old brother are perfectly capable of paying for their own prescriptions. They refuse to correct the issue and are less than apologetic.
