Great store. The iphone pricing was cheaper than the mall or internet and they had it in stock so they had me all set up before I left including transferring my address book to the new phone and putting on my case. I was impressed with the high tech look of the showroom. Ppl-check this place out for your phones!

This is to everyone in Sussex County there is only One Verizon Store and it's in the Boro of Sussex. Domick is the Manager there and goes far beyond with his service and his team there.

Sussex Verizon is my go to Verizon Store. Impeccably clean, organized and inviting. This was not my first visit to Sussex Verizon. It is a bit of a ride but well worth it. Amanda and Wendy are so helpful, knowledgeable and willing to troubleshoot...AND they have the patience of Saints....I have been to other Verizon stores much closer to home but have never felt seen or important......something you should experience when you are shopping...
especially for such expensive investments. You will not feel unseen at Sussex Verizon. Opinions....recommendations....suggestions.... yes...but never pressure.Thank you so much Amanda and Wendy. Until next time❗️Go see them!! 36 Hamburg Avenue in Sussex, NJ❗️

I explained the issues I was having with my phone and explained it was an on going issue nd ive talked to verizon about it. I then asked what can you do for me? She said well its older then two years and I can't help you. Put my phone on the table and walked away. This Woman was completely rude and discarded my complaint. Told me I should call Samsung. I bought the phone from this store and the service was great two years ago. I asked her for her name and she would not give it to me. I took her picture as proof of who I spoke to when I speak to the owner. I then left and she continued. She then leaned over the railing and said "Your not gonna tell me what I can do for you"
In reply to your ridiculous response.
I notice you mentioned nothing about your rude employee and discarded her actions. I see where she got her training from. Discarding customers seems to be a trend with you and your store.
The phone is less then 2 years old from your store. Why would I get another or even upgrade when your staff has zero knowledge of the phone itself.
You and your employee would have me buy a new phone for a quick fix? So you rip your customers off because your team is inexperienced and has no training on the product you sell? I'm sure you and your team pull the same scam before on others.
After speaking with a Verizon representative they said your employee should be retrained or let go for her actions. The owner should put corrective actions in place so it doesnt happen again. She should have a name tag on as well According to policy. If she took more then 30 secs of looking at my phone she would have realized the SIM card was bad. A simple and obvious fix your employee couldn't figure out. Maybe it was because she didnt care enough and wanted to rip me off. That sounds more in line with what I exerperianced. Absolutely embarrassing your employee couldnt' bothered to even try.
A free fix and you tried to charge me for a new phone. What a joke

Dom went out of his way to add another number to my account from another carrier. It was difficult for him to get their cooperation to release the phone number which was used for years. Thankfully after many hours he was successful and I was relieved we could keep the number. It saved us from having to inform all our many friends that our number has changed. I recommend Dom and all the other reps in the Sussex store. Professional, knowledgeable and top customer service providers.

I have been going here for years and just cannot say enough about their great service. The employees go above and beyond. Amanda assisted me the other night and stayed well past closing time to complete the task. I highly recommend going to the store.

Not helpful at all! My poor mother went there for help and the owner couldn't and wouldn’t help her. Waste of time and thanks..I will be up to see you! lol
Okay, response back is so you are telling me my mother didn't go to your store and wasn’t helped and turned away! Wow! Just because you respond back doesn’t mean you’re right. Customerservice goes along way. Don’t worry we deleted her Verizon account and went with T-Mobile anyways.

I upgraded my phone through Verizon website, then did store pickup here, since I've done business here in past. When I got there, he said we don't do pickup with iPhone 15. He wanted to cancel transaction, then do the whole transaction there(probably so he makes more profit) . This was later confirmed by Verizon tech on customer support. I then had to go back to store, because they had to be the ones to cancel it. Then unhelpful store employee (Dom I believe) didn't know how. This all wasted hours. Terrible experience. Will never go back. Bad business practices, which wasted my time, and their employee.
