After a number of issues with dealing with customer service over the phone and unable to make any calls from two phones. We went to our local ATT store and explained our issue. They were able to sort out the issues created by customer service and had us on our way in a short amount of time.

My parents were so happy with their experience at the Swedesboro store. Left home dreading going but came home talked highly of the 2 guys who waited on them.

The Swedesboro store was the best experience. They helped me fix a problem from a prior store and got us all set up with our new phones The 2 gentleman were so kind and you could tell they really cared about the customers I appreciate being herd and understood

I went into the AT&T store with a lot to do -- I needed a new phone, a new carrier, to remove a line from a work phone, etc. Jake helped me with all of it and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and quick. He helped me troubleshoot a few issues I had been having for years with my Google account, which I really appreciated. I went in on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend; the store was very busy! However, Jake and Ralphy got to everyone in a timely manner and were very kind and patient to everyone who walked in the store. All of this was great, not to mention ... my monthly bill is now significantly lower than it was with my former carrier.

Went there on Thursday 7/18/24 with a situation a store in NY said they couldn't do anything about. In 3 minutes Rob had the problem straighten out. This guy is awesome and I wish I would have waited and just went to him in the first place

This originally was a five star review. Let me CORRECT myself. I went to this store to follow up with Bobby because when I met him the first time in an AT&T store in Delaware, he signed me up for a “teachers discount” and that discount disappeared off my account days later because in his words, my school “wasn’t a qualifying school” for the discount. However his words changed when I visited a 2nd time coincidentally when I was in the market to upgrade a phone/spend money. It was clear that he wasn’t honest about the teacher’s discount originally especially when I saw for myself by another AT&T representative but I went with it assuming it was an honest mistake.
I’m about a month away from my “upgrade” just to learn it wasn’t an “upgrade”, it was an added line manipulated to my bill. I confronted Bobby personally and professionally about this and after an AT&T representative CONFIRMED what he really did do which is not what I AUTHORIZED and he lied. Manipulative and dishonest and even though I will PROVE what he did and not pay for a bill/phone I never authorized, he wasted so much of my time. Do not let him waste yours!!!!!!

Bobby (Rob) and Jake were very helpful with my girlfriend and I. They also helped a few others while we were in the Swedesboro, NJ store. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help their customers!

This senior needed a patient rep to explain the details about how to lower my monthly cell phone cost. Thanks to Robert, we accomplished that and I went home with a new upgraded Apple iphone.

I ain’t mad at the experience. Matt and Gil were friendly and took care of the problem. A problem that The V name carrier, nor the cable company trying to be a wireless survive provider, could remedy.
