I called customer service and they were friendly, informative and seemed happy to help. It was a refreshing change from most other customer service reps I’ve dealt with. The driver arrived when expected and was also gracious, professional and careful. This was the most positive and uneventful large item delivery I’ve ever had. This company is wonderful!

I received daily notifications once my shipment started in the shipped process. The driver called to get directions because the location was not the easiest to find. The driver also made sure the deliver was out of the weather. Overall a great experience.
