Everything was moved out, stored, and moved back in in great condition. Couldn't believe how fast they moved. All of Derek's estimates regarding time were spot on. Derek was extremely easy to work with and flexible when our dates changed. He also responds very quickly to every email which lowered my moving stress! “I have to give the employee Shy all of the credit for the 5 stars! And I'd give her more if i could. I'd had a rough day on top of a rough few months. The reason I rented the space was to exchange items with my husband I am divorcing. I was really rattled and my gate code would not work. Even though Shy was finished with her shift and on her way out she came to help me and eventually called her manager Molly who pulled off the side of a road, got out her laptop and worked diligently to get a code for me that worked. Shy stayed by my side the whole time and up until I actually got into the storage space. Shy and Molly are what customer service and care are all about. It was easy to access the space once we cleared the gate. Thank you Shy! NSA storage you've just found your new employee of the year!!! Molly and Shy made a great team!”
