I have been a patient for many many years. I asked to have the NP who saw me, call me back so I could explain my concerns from an issue she was already treating me for. But rather than her contacting me, the office staff called to say that the NP I saw wanted me to come back into the office, but why, why would I come back in, there was no need I just needed to explain to her what I was experiencing after she had prescribed me the medication I needed to treat my illness. When the Dr. office called me back after I left a message from the night before, connection was bad, I asked them to call me back, which they did, but I could not hear them, so I disconnected and called them back, I was caller #2, then 1, then 3 then, 2 then 1st in line, then 3. It's clear that they did not want to talk with me and are playing phone games, because how else can I go from being first in line to 3rd, and bouncing back and forth? It is now 15 minutes that I have been on hold, so I hung up. I found another Dr and I having my records transferred. If Doctor Seretis would like to know more about my experience, please feel free to have him call me, Kimberly Harris.

I have been seeing Annmarie and very happy with her care. Very convenient to be able to get blood drawn there as well very early in the morning

My mom almost died from covid in 2021. She got covid again this week. Called office and you only get voice-mail telling you not to leave any other messages. NO RETURN CALL BEFORE WEEKEND. Paxlovid has to be used within 5 days of onset. This Dr could care less about his patients. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately there is a problem everywhere in getting office staff to respond to calls. It’s very frustrating for the patient or advocate. Please do better.

She wouldn’t schedule me because they don’t take my insurance, and I want it to self pay and she decline service accusing me of trying to do fraud. When I want it to pay for my consultation. I believe self pay is an option at other establishments. How is it fraud? Worst office staff.

Horrible horrible. The medical staff is fine. The office staff is terrible. Hope your not waiting for a call back. Days and days to get a call. Very rude. Do yourself a favor and find another practice. I was a patient there for over 20 years and finally had to leave due to overall lack of communication and rude staff. Huge problem! Dr. Seretis should be ashamed to employ rude people

Seretis care has been great to me and my family on many occasions. I recently had a minor procedure with Dr.Seretis to remove a keloid growth and it is healing up nicely! Now I don’t have to hide my ear!

I'm honestly so grateful for them. They squeezed me in when I really needed help with a respiratory infection after another doctor had failed me. They listened to me, diagnosed me and prescribed me medication to help me. I was in rough shape and now I'm finally starting to feel better. My husband and I both never had any complaints here. If you're considering this office, please try them out. The doctors and staff are great!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! It’s a shame I wasn’t looking for a someone to work in a comedy club, because this doctor would be perfect! Wasn’t able to demonstrate a lot of knowledge in medicine, but at least his general demeanor was entertaining. Unfortunately, I need a lot more than a laugh when I visit the doctor…. And keeping me waiting forever did NOT help! On the other hand, the office staff was awesome!! Super friendly, accommodating and helpful….

The one practice that I have found to fully listen to me and allow me to be my own advocate while also advocating for me. Very thorough and takes the time to explain all information. I highly recommend Seritiscare!!

Worst customer service on the planet.I have tried to call this place for 5 straight hours, and I have hit every option on the phone system.....and not 1 single human being will answer. Its honestly unbelievable.The system even puts you on hold, like someone is going to pick up, but it sends you to voice-mail after 5-6 minutes.

I've been using seretis for a few years now. With no issues. Staff has been very accommodating until today. I've been directly exposed to covid, I live with someone who has it, and it put me out of work. My job is asking for a note stating that my primary care doctor has told me to quarantine. Seretis is denying me that note, I have the positive test results from the person that tested positive and proof of address that we live together. And the lady on the phone specifically told me that it doesn't matter and that there's nothing we can do.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication or responding to messages left by myself & the pharmacy. Trying getting my script refilled and pharmacy has been trying for a week still pending response from their office and then when you call their office & leave a message you hardly ever get a call back. I've been going here for years and it's sad that the communication continues to decline.
