If I could give no stars I would. The lack of follow up, the lack of communication from the service department is astonishing. They’ve had my vehicle for close to two months with no movement or fixing the issue. I keep being told that the part will be in “tomorrow” only to have to call to find out it is in fact not in. Called corporate Chrysler even more of a joke, could not give me even a tracking number for the part. Offered me $40 a day in rental reimbursement which is a slap in the face in 2023, you may be able to rent a bicycle for $40 a day, not a car especially a replacement family vehicle capable of holding two car seats. I’ve been asking for a loaner for a month only to be blown off. This service department was aces 10 years ago, makes you wonder why so much turnover now? I kept being assured I’ll be called back same day by a service writer or the department manager that has yet to happen. I have to call, take your vehicle somewhere else. The leadership is incompetent and the service writers are put in a position to take verbal beatings because of the lack of ownership not only from dealer management but big Chrysler. What a joke! Instead of giving me a generic response to satisfy google, FIX MY CAR!

Eduardo, my sales consultant was very helpful, very polite, and very informative. He made sure I understood every step of the process, he took time to show me things about my vehicle and made sure it was brought to me in an excellent and clean condition. Eduardo was very conscious of my time, and empathetic to my hesitations when I did have some. Overall, one of the better experiences I’ve had at a dealership and wouldn’t hesitate to do business there again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service department. I dropped off my car on 7/14 and declined the service at that time in order to get my funds together to pay for the repairs (in excess of 5000 dollars). I then had my car towed over on 7/24 to be fixed and the dealership still has my car and will have it in excess of 30 days on 8/24. The lack of communication from the service department has been abysmal and I have had to initiate all conversations to get updates regarding my vehicle. I informed the employees of an upcoming road trip ( I needed my van for my 4 kids and all of our luggage) and was promised my car would be done in time for said trip. Needless to say, my car is not done and the dealership loaned me a Dodge Journey which cannot accommodate my family and our needs. I have been lied to, given empty promises and been extremely inconvenienced by this whole debacle. I understand the issue with not having parts, and parts on back-ordered. However, I have been promised that my car would be ready numerous times within this 30 day period. I appreciate the loaner that was given (I had to ask for it because I was going back to work after you had my car for 3 weeks) but had I known this was going to be a 30 plus day ordeal, I would of taken it to one of the other Chrysler dealerships that I've dealt with in the past. We only used the dealership out of convenience and this has been anything but convenient. I also had no choice but to cancel my road trip that had been planned for months and disappoint my 4 kids.

I used to bring my ram 1500 here before I moved to Delaware after going to different shops over here I finally decided just to comeback here to have any work done on my truck again plus you can go right next door to the dinner to have eat while you wait lol

This place is a GOD-SEND! Honesty, integrity, 5 Star customer service!!! We were heading back to Reading, PA from Cape May when our dashboard lit up in our van. Luckily, Spirit was close by. Not only did they make room for diagnosis in their busy schedule, they drove our whole family (5 people and all our luggage) to a local hotel and back while repairing a really bad mechanial issue. Thank God for Kevin, Angela, the techs - the whole Spirit team! You saved our family vacation! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ?

Everyone at Spirit was very informative and helpful. I dealt with Mike Jr. he was very knowledgeable regarding all of the different makes and models, as well as warranty information. He was very patient with me, as I test drove quite a few vehicles before making my choice. Highly recommend Mike Jr. for any purchasing needs.
