I am extremely dissatisfied with the service department. I dropped off my car on 7/14 and declined the service at that time in order to get my funds together to pay for the repairs (in excess of 5000 dollars). I then had my car towed over on 7/24 to be fixed and the dealership still has my car and will have it in excess of 30 days on 8/24. The lack of communication from the service department has been abysmal and I have had to initiate all conversations to get updates regarding my vehicle. I informed the employees of an upcoming road trip ( I needed my van for my 4 kids and all of our luggage) and was promised my car would be done in time for said trip. Needless to say, my car is not done and the dealership loaned me a Dodge Journey which cannot accommodate my family and our needs. I have been lied to, given empty promises and been extremely inconvenienced by this whole debacle. I understand the issue with not having parts, and parts on back-ordered. However, I have been promised that my car would be ready numerous times within this 30 day period. I appreciate the loaner that was given (I had to ask for it because I was going back to work after you had my car for 3 weeks) but had I known this was going to be a 30 plus day ordeal, I would of taken it to one of the other Chrysler dealerships that I've dealt with in the past. We only used the dealership out of convenience and this has been anything but convenient. I also had no choice but to cancel my road trip that had been planned for months and disappoint my 4 kids.

My stepson had his car towed there. They said they could look at his Jeep the following day. 5 days later, they said his Jeep was ready for pickup. The problem??? His battery was dead. 5 days for a dead battery. Problem number 2 ? $528.00..... for a friggin battery.$228.00 for the battery and $300.00 labor. They might as well had ski-masks and shotguns. What a disgrace. Human scum. They are truly incompetent pieces of garbage. I've never been so angry in my life.DO NOT give them your business

Great sales guy but they sold me a suburban that has transmission changed! And not only that when I took to the chevy dealer they don't me that they never install the head gas kit and no bolts. And the whole gas kit and oil has leaked I asked them for reimbursement and they said that the car has to come to them but I told them that they have already open the faulty part and they are asking for full money now. They never want to refund me

Took my 2013 Challenger today for Express Lane oil change 2hrs 15min later my express was completed (Not so Express). During that time Serv Mngr told me that my rear differential oil was very dirty & I should think about getting it changed. He stated that that happens over time & miles. I thought that was interesting, since the differential gears where completely changed less than 1 yr & less than 12K miles ago at a different dealer. He had a rather surprised expression when I told him to check it on Mopar service website! Also, I had a Mopar factory oil change contract that I've been purchasing since my Challenger was new, 127K miles later I've never been charged using those contracts. But to my surprise I was charged $9.81 for additional oil even thought I purchased the oil change contracts for my specific vehicle? 1st time ever in 7 yrs and 127K miles I've ever been charged. I guess their prices must be MUCH higher than other dealers? I certainly will be spreading the word about Spirit Service!Needless to say; I won't be going back to Spirit ever!
