I heard they were open at 7am but people showed up at 6:30am to drop off their car. I showed up at 7:15 and was almost last in line. They do first come first serve recommend showing up early or just waiting till later.”

“I made an appointment to have my car looked at because of a couple of noises I was hearing. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
If you are a woman and not sure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place.”
“Very competent honest repair shop. Good shops are almost everywhere. Find one, build a relationship with them and don't let Jiffylube screw up your vehicle because cars are too expensive to replace and repair more than absolutely nessary these days.
They did a great job resently doing the 100,000 mile water pump, timing belt, and tune-up on my old Acura, which now has 300,000 miles, but still drives like it's new.”
“Just brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have the tire pressure checked since the weather has gotten colder. A silly request, thought maybe my tire sensors were bad. The staff was very helpful even filled the tires to the correct pressure on the spot. I'm truly grateful.
Two years ago I brought my Honda Civic in for 4 new tires and they did a fantasic job. Dempsey's does quality work and treats customers right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires or quick fixes. Highly recommend to anyone in South Jersey who wants reliable service without the runaround.”

I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”

“Long story short - me, my wife and daughter got a flat in the parking lot behind King’s Autmotive on Saturday 6/14/25 later in the afternoon. I happened to ask a guy loading his car if he knew if the business we were behind (King’s - which I couldn’t see at the time) was an automotive repair business or not. He said yes but they’re closed for a customer/family appreciation day but offered to help. He came over with his son, took a look at the tire and not only jacked the truck up himself, he went to King’s, got his tools, took the lug nuts off in seconds, replaced the tire with the spare from under the truck with his son and did not want a damn thing for it. As a matter of fact refused.
His name is Matt and works for this business. I will ALWAYS recommend this place (and Matt) for helping my family get moving in a matter of minutes out of the kindness of their hearts - for what would’ve taken me a significant amount of time since I was totally unprepared for the situation.

Had a great experience with Pep Boys Brookhaven yesterday. Hepsey was great. Asked if I was waiting or leaving. In the past when I make an appointment anywhere, it's drop off the car and you'll get it back 8 hours later. Yesterday morning, she took my vehicle right back, told me to go eat breakfast at the 352 diner, which was also good. My vehicle was serviced and completed by the time I finished breakfast. Diane checked me out and the cost was about the going norm for oil change and air filter. Even though it's a brand, it felt like a mom n pop place. In this day and age, customer service and kind people are important to me. I even showed up a bit late because I got stuck at work. I apologized, explained and she said, girl, it's only 9 minutes. Will definitely return for inspection in November. And another breakfast at 352 diner.”

“Great people they did everything they could to fix the broken tpms sensor from a different shops mess. They did there job to a t. The only bad part is they did chip one of my weels and scratch the other but they did not charge me for the service. I would most likely use there services again if needed”
