“I made an appointment to have my car looked at because of a couple of noises I was hearing. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
If you are a woman and not sure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place.”

“Very competent honest repair shop. Good shops are almost everywhere. Find one, build a relationship with them and don't let Jiffylube screw up your vehicle because cars are too expensive to replace and repair more than absolutely nessary these days.
They did a great job resently doing the 100,000 mile water pump, timing belt, and tune-up on my old Acura, which now has 300,000 miles, but still drives like it's new.”
“Just brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have the tire pressure checked since the weather has gotten colder. A silly request, thought maybe my tire sensors were bad. The staff was very helpful even filled the tires to the correct pressure on the spot. I'm truly grateful.
Two years ago I brought my Honda Civic in for 4 new tires and they did a fantasic job. Dempsey's does quality work and treats customers right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires or quick fixes. Highly recommend to anyone in South Jersey who wants reliable service without the runaround.”

I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”

“Long story short - me, my wife and daughter got a flat in the parking lot behind King’s Autmotive on Saturday 6/14/25 later in the afternoon. I happened to ask a guy loading his car if he knew if the business we were behind (King’s - which I couldn’t see at the time) was an automotive repair business or not. He said yes but they’re closed for a customer/family appreciation day but offered to help. He came over with his son, took a look at the tire and not only jacked the truck up himself, he went to King’s, got his tools, took the lug nuts off in seconds, replaced the tire with the spare from under the truck with his son and did not want a damn thing for it. As a matter of fact refused.
His name is Matt and works for this business. I will ALWAYS recommend this place (and Matt) for helping my family get moving in a matter of minutes out of the kindness of their hearts - for what would’ve taken me a significant amount of time since I was totally unprepared for the situation.
Thank you Matt from King’s Automotive. You made our night and let us get our daughter to her first Phillies game (early)!”

“Went to 3 different tire places for a boat/trailer tire. Goodyear was the only place that could help me out. It's been a long a tiring episode with this trailer tire for a log splitter. I ordered the wrong one online and then bought one at the tractor supply store but need to find someone to install it on the old rim. I think it's been over a month.”

“Got a flat taking my mom to the airport today. Stopped by here on the way home they took my spare tire off filled it with air and put it back in my trunk for me. They plugged my tire,filled it with air, and put it back on my car. They did all of this less than 10 minutes in what feels like 100° outside. I did not need an appointment. I just drove right in. They were fast efficient and polite. Also, you can’t beat their prices!”

“At 6:25pm on Saturday July 5th, on our way from Pennsylvania to Maryland, my wife and I learned that our 2022 $70,000.00 luxury car, did not have a spare tire which we could use to replace the front tire that had a hole in the sidewall of the right front tire, after we hit a deep pot hole on I 95 South.
Auto dealerships were closed until Monday. However, our call to PEP BOYS was warmly received by a nice lady who expressed regret for our problem.
She advised us to “have the car towed to her shop, and they would “ keep the door open until we arrived!”
The PEP BOYS manager Andrew, met us and placed the car in one of the PEP BOYS service bays, which I really appreciated!
The FIRST THING SUNDAY MORNING July 6th, the nice lady phoned me at our hotel to tell us that” she knew we were stranded, so they placed our car first in line, so we could be on our way!”
This was truly a “ World Class” experience for us. A “CUSTOMER FOCUSED,” caring and personal touch from PEP BOYS, produced a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE for us. There is no way that Artificial Intelligence will ever replace that level of service!”

“Great people they did everything they could to fix the broken tpms sensor from a different shops mess. They did there job to a t. The only bad part is they did chip one of my weels and scratch the other but they did not charge me for the service. I would most likely use there services again if needed”
