Made a reservation well in advance for a truck for moving day. They called at 5pm the day before my 6:30am reservation to tell me they didn’t have the 26’ truck I reserved for my move and left me a message that they were changing my reservation to Pennsauken for a 17’ truck. I reserved in Logan because I was moving in Woolwich a mile away from my current residence. They reduced the price for mileage from 1.79 to .99 but I still had to pay per mile to pick up and return in Pennsauken! Of course by the time I received the message and called back they were closed and I was left hanging! I wanted to give zero stars but I had to pick one in order to write the review.

girl was nice. man was rude and disrespectful towards me after my husband went to get the car and i went back in to ask them not to sign truck away as it was the only large one there and that my uncle was on his way. he would not rent to my uncle who was driving the truck instead and being with us the whole move because my husband had tolls unpaid. we were not crossing bridges or anywhere with toll and it was a holiday so we could not call to take care of it. they made me loose my 1500 deposit on my apartment due to the holiday and they were the only local place open. i called 4 days prior to make reservation. if my husband was “black listed”. they should have looked up his name then. they had 4 days. horrible way of business. even on their side. now they probably lost someone else who needed that truck by not running names prior. and inconveniencing customers.

Had a problem getting the truck I reserved, but it was not U-Hauls fault, it was not returned on time. Brian went way beyond expectations to try to find another for me.
