Valken has kept our field Maple Shade Farm Paintball supplied with quality paintball and airsoft products for 7 years and counting. An outstanding company all around from sales to the warehouse through to ownership. Keep up the great work.

I purchased a pallet(120 cases) of Valken paintballs and was very disappointed. After being told theirs would be better quality than a competitor and at a lower price I made the purchase. Many of the paintballs would not break leaving serious welts so I called Valken customer service who then replaced the pallet with a "better" field paint. I was thankful for the willingness of Valken to make it right however the replacement pallet of paint was not much better. It did break better during play but found it to be very hard on gear, specifically masks leaving a starch film that is very difficult to clean. Overall their customer service was pretty good but I would not recommend their paint.

Intentionally undercuts small businesses with sub-standard products. There is no honor here. Support the industry and buy elsewhere.
