They were very upfront, honest, and accurate about diagnostic costs and the estimate for repair. Kayla in service was very professional, she was very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and kept me informed of the status of the repair. “My ford vehicle with a garbage 10r80 transmission broke (as expected). The staff were always courteous and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. The tech was able to diagnose the problem without any check engine lights or codes in the computer. Unfortunately, i needed a new transmission but they installed it quickly and properly and had me on my way in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was in line with other local shops and while a big expense, it wasn’t excessive with extra bs fees. When i picked up my completed vehicle the girl at the front desk was super helpful and the tech came in to discuss in detail what they had to do to complete the job. Excellent work wd trans! Will be back! (Hopefully not soon)”
