The Nursing staff and front desk employees were more than professional! My experience after being called to the back for my screening and physical was no less than amazing. Unfortunately I cannot recall the woman's name but she was phenomenal!!!

Had to go here wait a hours because the 1st one I went to was a 2 to 3 hours. I feel like they should take appointments and turn people away instead of taking walk ins and have then hold there pee for 2 to 3 hours to do a 5 min drug screen

Not a good experience. The interaction with the receptionist was unprofessional. She seemed to just fill the seat. The cold bedside manner of the physician was bad. There seemed to be no adults in charge of this location. It was a terrible experience.

I had a great visit today at Concentra. All the ladies were very polite and helpful. Dr. Kristen made my visit very quick and helped me in every way possible. Jenny was wonderful and knew exactly what I needed, as well as Brittany with helping me find some information. Brittney was very prompt when it came to getting me my medication. All of the women kept a smile on their face.

Horrible the doctor I had she didn't wana be bothered with me I tried asking questions she didn't care to answer. If I could have gone somewhere else, I would have. She just was so disrespectful and has me going thro loops .. I think it's disrespectful to look up someone's medical records with out there knowledge then give them a hard time

If I put negative 10 for the rate I’ll. I went to that place for a DOT I put my personal items in the box forgot my AirPod in the boxe for a few minutes came back I can’t find it and the girl try to give me attitude this is the worst to go that one in swedesboro NJ it is bad service

In that waiting room, I stood by the counter, hoping for the acknowledgment of the young lady behind it. Her gaze, after an eternity, met mine, annoyance playing on her features as she pointed to a curt sign on the board. This was my third visit to that place.Initially, it was for a work-related physical, yet fate's hand dealt me the wrong examination, demanding a return for the proper scrutiny. A tale of redundancy familiar to me now. Both prior occasions, prolonged waits painted my hours in hues of monotony, an offering at the altar of their timekeeping.Today's purpose, a routine drug test, was marred by the pervasive aroma of marijuana, an olfactory contradiction to the clinical setting. A poignant reminder of the struggles within those walls.My fervent desire now stands resolute: to never again traverse those corridors, escaping the trinity of frustrating ordeals and disillusionments that hallmarks this place.

The staff was amazing but the fact that there’s just one doctor in that office is ridiculous. She’s amazing for doing what she does but she needs assistance. I arrived at the facility at 9:30 and did not leave until 1:30. And wasn’t company time it was my own time. I was placed into a room but once I noticed I wasn’t seen in like 20 mins I came out to speak with a doctor. And she stated luckily I came out because I would have been in that room for another hour and half because of new injury. All in all please get that doctor some help.

2 hour wait for a DOT physical. I signed in at the desk waited about 30 minutes THEN they told me I had to go online and sign in. Physical part was quick but I got there at 9am and didn’t leave til 11:30am. 90% of that time was sitting and waiting

Just had my drug and alcohol test done by Jenny the MA. I can y is come back here. She was great. Very professional and quick. I was in and out within the hour. Side had a great personality and respected me like a person and not a number. Thanks Jenny!

Pretty good overall, the only problem I had was that I have a condition called paruresis, and the main male nurse didn’t really believe me or give me an accommodation until I was there for 2 hours. One of the female nurses made it really bad bc she kept announcing out loud that “he went” everytime I peed a little bit (it wasn’t enough for the drug test) and this made it much worse for me. However the male nurse must have said something to her as this stopped and he was very very good at accommodating me after an hour and a half. 5 stars for the male older man, 1-2 stars for the female who kept screaming “he went”. It’s an uncontrollable condition and I don’t expect anyone to understand what it’s like who has never experienced it.

Professional but a long wait. I had an appointment for 1130am and I wasn’t brought to an exam room for over an hour.
