I called two weeks ago about obtaining my immunization records for a new job. I left a two voicemails for the nurse and never received a call back about my needed documentation.

Look elsewhere. Staff is very friendly, but calls aren’t returned. Prescriptions get called into multiple pharmacies and forget about pre-authorizations. It shouldn’t take weeks to have a simple glucose reader pre-authorized so Medicare will cover it. Dr. Patel, like so many other doctors, will rush you in and out, doesn’t listen to your concerns, nickel and dimes you with bloodwork and copays, but never follows through with his insight on the results. I should have left years ago when he told my father he didn’t need a second opinion and he didn’t need to bring his daughter (me) with him to his visits. They elderly wouldn’t need to bring an advocate with them if doctors weren’t so predatory in their practices.

Doctors are okay. Office staff are terrible. Called for a prescription refill and the staff send in the wrong one for my husband who had a stroke two years ago. They are truly inept. Do not know when I had my last blood work done. Office staff are terrible

Been going here my entire life, well before the current regime. The doctors are fine, and the Nurse Practitioner is great. Unfortunately the office staff falls well short of anything I would consider acceptable. No one returns phone calls even after multiple voicemails. I finally opted to switch my primary care physician due to the lack of response.

DR. HETAL S. SHAH, MD Of the VirtuaPhysicianPartners Network IS A DANGER TO ALL PATIENTS!!Dr. shah is a sadistic and cruel man who is not fit to practice medicine. Usually when a patient calls the on-call physician they expect to receive help.Instead when I called the on-call physician of my only healthcare provider, I was toyed with and denied any help.In a single call Shah agreed to refill a medication that the office missed then proceeded to heavily chastise me for the office's mistake. Now keep in mind I am a mentally disabled person with a severe mood disorder. And that I am days without my necessary medicine. After the flat out mean patronizing was over, I mirrored this incredibly rude and condescending man's tone having been provoked with Shah's cruelty, Shah decides to rescind the medicine renewal.Tell me reader, is that not a direct violation of the Hippocratic oath? Now being shut out by the only on-call doctor available to me, I had to drive to urgent care for help! How can I possibly trust this practice ever again? How can a cruel doctor decide on a whim whether or not to help one of his own patients?Disgusting.DR. HETAL SHAH IS A SICK AND CRUEL HACK!

Love this office!! Staff is always great! And they always fit me in the same day if needed! Stephanie is amazing she is the sweetest and most understanding physician I've ever been too! And for someone like myself who is very anxious about visiting any doctors office she makes me very comfortable and is so easy to talk too! 10/10 recommend this office!!

My daughter called twice for an appointment and information. She was told she would receive a call back. Feel like she was given the run around.

I'm battling Lyme Disease, CIRS (mold illness), and MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity) and I see a doctor who focuses on illnesses like those. However, I needed a primary care provider too. Other patients with my illnesses like mine recommended TFM to me as being both an open-minded and compassionate primary care practice. I've seen Dr. Parag Patel two or three times, but mostly see PA Stephanie Phillips. I'm pretty sure Dr. Patel is functional medicine literate. At least, he was very familiar with testing that I'd had done by a functional medicine doctor back in Texas. And, Stephanie, she's just awesome. Besides being open-minded and compassionate, she's also knowledgeable and doesn't rush you. Also, this practice takes my Horizon NJ Health insurance. Many places don't. To be clear, this isn't a perfect practice (thus four stars instead of five) and you'll still have to see someone else if you have diagnoses like mine. But at least you can be honest with them about what you're up against without being mocked and/or chastised. I believe that to be an absolutely essential thing, regardless of what you're battling.

Dr.Patel is the absolute worst doctor. He has no care for his patients. He "advises" them rather than using his education in medicine to accurately resolve his patients problems. I've had two appointments made to fix my swimmers ear problem and the first time I came in he told me to go home and use hydrogen peroxide. So he did nothing and still made $50. The second time I came in a found it unfair to have to pay my copay considering he did NOTHING previously and he was rude and ignorant about it and it left me to walk out of the office without any medical attention. Dr. Patel you are a POS and don't deserve to practice. A big go F yourself buddy. You deserve 0 stars.

This place is seriously gross and pathetic. For my fiancé's first appointment, we were there for 2 hours, an hour spent in the waiting room and the rest of the time waiting in the room to speak to the doctor for 15 minutes--to which he had his back to us the entire time. This time we were waiting about a half hour--we only went there so he could get his TDAP vaccine--to which they told him over the phone that he needed to come in for an appointment for the doctor to prescribe him the vaccine (um, what???? Never in my life have I had to make TWO appointments to receive a vaccine.) So, when we arrived, about 15 minutes into waiting, they asked him if he was there to receive bloodwork and a consultation for endocrinology... (How incompetent can all of you be?? First of all, my fiancé already has an endocrinologist and secondly, we would NEVER trust this place with his Type 1 Diabetes. Third, you didn't have it written in your notes that he was only here to receive a vaccine? My God.) Meanwhile, the waiting room is always loud (mostly because of the receptionists chattering with each other) and we were graced with sitting next to someone who was obviously tripping out on some form of drugs. Then, when we were called back, I went with him to get his vaccine. The little girl who was giving the vaccine STUCK THE BANDAID ON HIS ARM BEFORE EVEN STERILIZING IT WITH ALCOHOL. After putting the bandaid half on, she then wiped it with an alcohol wipe, stuck the needle in, and placed the bandaid over the injection site, while blood was dripping down his arm. She barely wiped the blood off after all this. Gross, were you even trained? I have no idea what is wrong with this place and the people who work there, but I'm now making my fiancé find a better qualified (and cleaner!) place to go for doctors appointments. Now, please excuse me while I sanitize my entire body, along with my daughter and fiancé.

I've been going to this office is a long time the doctors are amazingly nice and know what there doing. The front desk staff not so much there underpaid high school students as one of my friends worked there. They tend to be rude and won't acknowledge you till there done what ever they are doing. The staff use to be much better. Now not all of the office staff are like this but for the most part they are.
