Horrible customer service. Neither of the two employees wanted to acknowledge us as we were ready to pay until finally one of them said "hi" without looking up from his phone. He then proceeded to ring up our items without paying attention, double charged us for one item, threw out the receipt without asking us if we wanted it, and said "bye" all without looking up at his from his phone. Not even once.

This location does not honor advertised pricing or promotions and staff are incredibly rude. Avoid this location and visit others in the area instead.

confusing signage. says something on sale, does not ring up on sale. cashier doesn't care enough to check or honor. happen to me couple times in the past.

The owner would always follow the colored people around. one time I was looking around trying to find what I wanted he was literally right on top on me breathing on my neck trying to make I wasn’t stealing anything which I would never do .And one of the workers always threaten to call the cops for no reason.And another time I payed for my cookies there and I was waiting for my friend and one of the cashier said I didn’t pay for that when I literally had the receipt.I feel like this 7/11 just needs some new workers there honestly

The Asian clerk was crass & acted like I slept with her last night and it wasn't good. I politely asked her, if I could still play the midday numbers. Her response was unwarranted & unnecessary. A simple yes or no would have been sufficed. I don't like cranky disrespectful customer relations clerks. Get a new occupation if you do not want to service the public.

This store has the worst customer service. Let's not talk about the dry old and mostly overcooked food they are selling to the public here. I went in looking for a quick bite to eat and grabbed a chicken sandwich and the meat was burned to a crisp. When I brought it to the lady's attention she stated they cook it like that because "that's how people want it". They completely blew me off and I walked away, never spending my money at this store again!
