This has been my bank for years.In recent times, the staff has been reduced and the opening hour has been pushed to 10a.m. vs. 9 p.m. - not convenient.More importantly, there has been broken glass in the lane at the ATM machine for 2 weeks now. Every time I go into the bank to advise, there is no-one to tell OR all the tellers are busy. I just walk-out.Please clean-up the glass!

These people are the BEST. I was treated in such an unprofessional way by Jessica A. Sanchez the manager at the bergenfield branch. These professionals helped me cash my check that was issued by bank of America. I was denied and discriminated against at the branch in bergenfield, but the lovely people in teaneck did theirs jobs and treated me with respect and dignity. Thank you so much for all your professionalism and humanity.

Bank of America has been my bank for over 30 years. We have used BofA for all our financial needs from mortgage to checking, loans and investments. A lot of banking has changed over the years and most transactions are done online or over the phone now. I’m very happy that on the rare event that you do need to go talk to a person and visit a bank branch, someone like Mercedes from the Teaneck branch is there to help. She went above and beyond to help us with a document that we needed. She was very kind and patient. I just really want to thank her.

Harry nelson.. he is the nicest worker i have ever seen in my whole entire life. He did such a good job. He was so polite and helpful to me. I will go back to him for sure. I just wanna say thanks to him. Bofa should hire these type of guys . Such a nice and helpful guy. Thanks again❤️

I would give zero stars if I could. You're not going to believe this. I deposited a large amount of money with a bank check and My money was frozen for over a week. Put your money somewhere else.

Sadly, Being a 6ft Blackman Im used to Banks treating me badly, despite being an Art Teacher that has never robbed a bank, with a clear speaking voice & healthy smile, I get treated badly so often that I prefer NOT to even bank with people like ones at this location, I can walk away, when they treat me bad, I just HATE it when they treaty my GF badly, she was made to feel uncomfortable after attempting to deposit a check into our business acct. this bank is the type of Bank that has employees trained to be passively racist toward my people.... simply because of our complexion. it breaks my heart. come for me, but don't come for my Woman. she deserves better than you making her feel like she has done something wrong... my question to white people? does the teller tell you she has to take your check to the back to make a copy when there is a copier right behind her? after that, does the manager decide to come and suddenly greet you??? ... BTW banking at the same location for 20yrs with a business acct... live in walking distance from the bank... If there is a class action lawsuit against this bank, ADD US. we are in!

This was not our first experience with Mercedes. She is outstanding! She took her time to answer all of our questions. We originally went in to get a pre approval for a mortgage and ended up refinancing our car for a lower rate, adding our son to our credit card account, and transferring a balance to a zero apr credit card. She even accommodated us in changing our child because his diaper needed to be changed. She went above and beyond and we wish her nothing but the best!

Just terrible Customer Service. Never enough Tellers.ALSO, this BOA Teaneck Branch was Extremely SLOW to re-open after the Coronavirus Virus Pandemic. Other bank branches (Wells Fargo, Chase, TD Bank) ALL OPEN in Teaneck, NJ.

Horrible branch they got a Spanish lady there that gives out false information even the branch manager doesn’t care about anything that goes there some times they got one teller open even tho there is 4 other workers that can open one more teller so it’s faster by no they take there sweet time and just in general a horrible branch do not go there
