“Wanted to try making a raan roast so reached out to Minar and they not only helped me get the right meat but also gave me good advice and tips on how to cook the raan. It was my first time making this dish so appreciated all the help I could. They trimmed the meat nicely, even scoured it for me so all I had to do was marinate it.
