Would not recommend this location for custom photo orders. I’ve placed a dozen photo orders with cvs at other locations without issue. For unknown reasons the custom card I designed was printed blank without any of the photo or text customizations made. No offer to try and reprint or refund the card, was only met with attitude and push back from the unhelpful manager Deborah Castillo.

It is impossible to talk to the pharmacist over the phone. I went to the pharmacy twice to pick up a medication and the pharmacist said that they haven’t received anything from my doctor and told me to go home because they will notify me when the medication is ready. After 2 days i never received any notification from the pharmacy, so, I called the doctor’s office and I was told that they have sent the order electronically 4 times already, I called the pharmacy to ask about the prescription and this answering service from cvs doesn’t allow me to talk to the pharmacist directly, they asked me to leave a message and the pharmacy will return the call within one hour, I have left messages several times and they never return any call, it wasn’t like that years ago, it is impossible to talk to them unless you go to the pharmacy and talk to them in person.

The checkout clerk went far above and beyond the call of duty by chasing us out into the parking lot to return an iPad we had inadvertently left behind. Hats off to the CVS clerk!

Store itself is ok, clean and well stocked. Workers are helpful if you look for them at need but won’t greet or offer help.
The pharmacy however…
They didn’t have certain eyedrops I needed. Didn’t follow thru, honestly, didn’t take care of it. I’m ok now, but if I had to wait for them it would have been bad. 3 months ago the doc ordered, and nothing…if they don’t have what you need, they don’t do much to get you a replacement, feels like no one really cares.
No customer service…no extra mile.
my husband moved to the Walgreens in the next block and he is very happy

Nothing negative except that the phone number is for the pharmacy not the store itself and you don't have the option to speak to a human, just leave a msg that no one returns.

Julio and the pharmaceutic bahatt are not profesional at all. They sent me the wrong delively twice. They dont listen to customers. This is the worse pharmacy in the world.

Terrible service from the manager, his name is Julio, I tried to buy some perfume, the key couldn't open the shelf and he didn't try to open it in another way or to reach the position of the perfume because it would open on the next door, he simply turned around and said I can't sell it to you.

The store itself is fine, no issues!
Trying to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy is another story. The vm system bounces you around and basically forces you to leave a message, that after 24 hours still hasn't been returned. How are the aged supposed to handle this if I am having problems? It's a disgusting practice that needs to stop. We should be able to speak with a live person with ease if we as the customer chooses to.
