This CVS location was amazing but it’s standards and service seems to be going down. Employees seem overworked/ understaffed resulting in longer wait times, shelves not being stocked and possibly poor attitudes. Frontend employees are not even wearing the uniform nor do they greet you so you have no idea if they work here or not and seem uninterested. In addition, they are wearing AirPods while working on the floor exposed to customers and really seem like they could care less who came in and who needed help. I called the pharmacy for two days straight and was left on permanent hold. I had to personally come in and waited on a 30 min line while the pharmacist assistant is clearly asking for his two associates to help him and they responded with blank stares.I hope we can train employees better in this location and add more support. I fear that due to the poor service our local customer will start looking elsewhere and soon this location’s business will suffer. However, I want to thank Debrah. She was so pleasant, welcoming and happy to assist with any and all of my needs anytime she’s there ( she was not working today) We need more employees like her to drive this pharmacy.Let’s fix this up and get standards, service and overall quality up. Also, add more employees to assist if payroll is an issue it is only due to the poor service and wait times concluding from poor attitudes and lack of man power.

This is my go to drugstore for prescription and if I need something quick, never had a problem until yesterday. My husband and I went to get our Covid Booster after I got mine the injector I’m assuming she is not a licensed nurse because she proceeded to give my husband his shot without changing her gloves, when I asked her she said she didn’t have too and didn’t smh, then she walked back to the pharmacy area still wearing gloves in my world as a RN that is a no no infection control standard practices very disappointing is that CVS s policy, wonder if the health department knows about that.

Thank you for filling my prescription so quick. The only reliable CVS pharmacy in Teaneck. The person I spoke with on the phone was super nice and very efficient. They should extend this location’s hours instead of other cvs here in town.

You need more clerks like Rafael. He helped me learn the CVS app which saved me almost 10 dollars. He was wonderful.

Terrible customer service called Pharmacy three times this morning listen to music for ten minutes no one answer , called front of the store the lady that answered said she would connect me to Pharmacy again no answer , try calling the front of the store they picked up and hung up on me I’m going to Walgreens this store SUCKS!!!!!!

They have EVERYTHING ! I wasn’t able to snap a picture , but from medicinal products to hair care products , hygiene products , food , snacks , drinks , greeting cards , anything you can think of !
