It's kind of sad because I've called like six times, wanting to speak to a representative to inquire about any specials they might offer before checking out other gyms. Unfortunately, they never returned my call other than one time. I'm very turned off by this, so I will be looking at other gyms where I stay, locked the common courtesy to even return the call.

What a mess of a website and totally unprofessionalism from staff, especially Ezra. How can you book and confirm appointments with an instructor that left the establishment 2 weeks ago. You’re telling me no one removed the instructor from the website for 2 weeks, instead allowed their customers to book and show up for scheduled lessons with a nonexistent instructor with no apology whatsoever. Ezra went as far as smirking in my face for my inconvenience.

No more towel service, shortened hours, moldy showers with shower bugs on the walls. Barely any water pressure from the moldy shower heads. No longer provide q-tips. In need of a major facelift. They need to bring back the towel service as well.

Management is untrustworthy and shady. I'm happy to know that all 8-9 employees who quit, moved onto to better, especially the sales/pool lady who has been there for years.. Hopefully upper management can see how terrible the general & assistant manager treated their co workers. The GENERAL MANAGER should be reprimanded by law for illegal activity. It's nice to know management tries to delete the reviews. Check it out on yelp!

Nothing good to say about the management. the steamroom is hazardous to your health and they don't care. Even when you get serverely hurt at their facility they don't even waive fees or respond to coplaints. Shameless. you can find better at a fraction of the price. If you don't feel your feet due to health issue stay out of the first seat on the left side your feet can be under the steam jet. I have photo

some of the lighting in the men steam room was out. sat at the first seat i could find it was my first time in the steam room. the bench seat allows you to sit up against the wall where the the steam comes in. due to leg issues i did not feel the heat end ended up with 2nd &3rd degree foot burn. i reported the issues to management and the lighting was corrected but the sitting area in front of the steam entrance still can be a hazard and nothing has din done to prevent someone else from getting hurt. one last thing due to the injury i have to have 3 of my toes amputated. they still charge me monthly fee... shameless .

The pool is way too small to do any laps. Best if you have a kid under 10 to utilize it otherwise find another pool for lap swimming.

Glenpointe won't take your cancellation and then will put you in collections even if you fill out the paperwork. So I had been a member for almost 10 years. Last year I got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and was told by my doctor that gym activity would be strenuous. I called to cancel and was told to not worry they would take care of it. Imagine my surprise when I get a call from collections saying I owe them membership. I called and was told to fill out the quit the gym app.. which I did and sent back. I am still getting collection notices even though I didn't go to the gym. Stay classy Glen Pointe

I have been coming to this gym for the past 3 years in the summer when I stay down at the Marriot Hotel located in Teaneck NJ. Sad to say that the place has turned into a complete hell hole. The front staff never know what they are doing and the manager I think who is Lauren Paluso is very uncivil, unmannerly and highly impolite. Although the hotel is a beautiful place to stay at, the Glenpointe gym in the building is not. Will come back once management is new, professional and organized. Should corporate see this and make changes with the management

My kids take swimming classes at Glenpointe. We love the aquatic coordinator Ceren. She was so easy to reach and always responded to my messages. She called me when there was an update. Our instructor is Frankie and he is great. He is very easy going and very calm. He knows how to deal with the kids. The pool is very clean. I highly recommend swimming lessons there.

I recently moved to the Teaneck and tried this gym. Their system has impressed me. The gym itself was amazing to use. There were instructors that you can some stuff. After trying for a few days, I can easily say that the place is very great. I also heard that they have pool stuff and you can easily arrange a spot to have some training for swimming. I think that I will be going more. The place was clean which is amazing for a facility. I have been doing gym stuff about 10 years now. I can rank this place one of the best so far. I will keep updating my review, if things change.

I've been to the place a few times. Mostly for swimming. I can say that their staff was very kind and helpful. I and their head of swimming activities planned few more classes for myself and my friend. I highly recommend this place, if you like swimming. They also offered me to try their gym. I will try and share my ideas about it.
