I was here on 10/3 around 10:30 AM. The receptionist at LabCorp in Teaneck was very kind and helpful—5 stars! The test process was also easy and fast. Overall, it was a great experience!

This place was living hell the staff were extremely incompetent and left me to tend to myself from passing out due to multiple sticks. Senior staff was called to assist and forced the needed into my veins and had to tell to stop now I’m bruised

We took our 2.5 year old here for routine bloodwork. Our appointment was on time and the phlebotomist & assistant were very sweet and calm towards her. They worked quickly and were able to do the draw on the first try & gave her a special bandaid and a sticker. We were ver relieved with the experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I get a lot of bIoodwork at another location many times a year, and in my whole life, I have NEVER had a horrible experience like I just had here. The woman with the clear framed glasses who did my bIoodwork either has absolutely no idea what she's doing or she's just sadistic. She stuck the needle so hard into my arm it hurt badly, but it didn't stop there. She then started twisting it around! The pain was horrible, I was about to cry. I made noises and it was obvious I was in pain, but that didn't stop her.Then, in the car on the way home, my whole arm started hurting, even up to my shoulder blade! This has NEVER happened before. It's been half an hour and the pain is finally starting to subside. I just took the bandage off and there was so much bIood. I've never had so much bIood on a bandage after having bIoodwork. This woman needs to be fired, because this is absolutely not how you do bIoodwork. Absolutely shocking.

I was hesitant to go to this labcorp location due to the negative reviews, but it was the only one that fit into my schedule.I registered online and when I got there the girl at the front desk took my prescription and within 5 minutes she called me in to have blood drawn. She was also the person who drew my blood so she was obviously very busy. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was very pleasant and even better got my vein on the first try and I’m very difficult. So my experience in Teaneck was excellent

Our experience here was not as bad as I might have expected from other reviews but that might have to do with it being not being very busy when I went . The staff was friendly, but this location is obvious drastically understaffed. There was only one person at the desk and one technician. We waited almost 45 minutes past our appointment until my son was finally seen, even though, by the front desk clerks words, it was unusually quiet.

TO ALL AUTISM PARENTS!!!Just a warning If your child needs blood drawn DO NOT take them to Lab Corp on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. They have zero tolerance or compassion. They failed to acclimate the environment to fit Jake’s needs. No blood was drawn and now we have NO results and most likely have even more issues bringing him again. Life is hard enough for Special Needs Children. They need understanding, compassion and patience, instead of ignorance. One star is being generous. I’m I would rate it a negative 10 if I was able to.

I had blood taken in July. Had no issues, everyone was so professional, and friendly. Definitely going back for my next blood test.

I had an appointment, but they couldn't even see it. I got an email.Lots of walk-in.My appointment was 10:15. Half an hour late.Worst attitude.I will never come back here again.

I set up an appointment for employee drug test the day before, I received a confirmation QR code, the check in was very easy and the clinic wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. Albeit, it was a Wednesday afternoon. The wait wasn't too long, I've certainly been through longer waits at other clinics, they accepted my insurance / ID without question. Front desk was nice and courteous. Follow the instructions they send to you either email or text and everything should go smoothly. No complaints from me.

This is just as bad as any other lab corp location. Even if you make a reservation, you HAVE to wait. The waiting room is constantly full.
