Our experience here was not as bad as I might have expected from other reviews but that might have to do with it being not being very busy when I went . The staff was friendly, but this location is obvious drastically understaffed. There was only one person at the desk and one technician. We waited almost 45 minutes past our appointment until my son was finally seen, even though, by the front desk clerks words, it was unusually quiet.

TO ALL AUTISM PARENTS!!!Just a warning If your child needs blood drawn DO NOT take them to Lab Corp on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. They have zero tolerance or compassion. They failed to acclimate the environment to fit Jake’s needs. No blood was drawn and now we have NO results and most likely have even more issues bringing him again. Life is hard enough for Special Needs Children. They need understanding, compassion and patience, instead of ignorance. One star is being generous. I’m I would rate it a negative 10 if I was able to.

I had blood taken in July. Had no issues, everyone was so professional, and friendly. Definitely going back for my next blood test.

I had an appointment, but they couldn't even see it. I got an email.Lots of walk-in.My appointment was 10:15. Half an hour late.Worst attitude.I will never come back here again.

I set up an appointment for employee drug test the day before, I received a confirmation QR code, the check in was very easy and the clinic wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. Albeit, it was a Wednesday afternoon. The wait wasn't too long, I've certainly been through longer waits at other clinics, they accepted my insurance / ID without question. Front desk was nice and courteous. Follow the instructions they send to you either email or text and everything should go smoothly. No complaints from me.

This is just as bad as any other lab corp location. Even if you make a reservation, you HAVE to wait. The waiting room is constantly full.

I am disgusted of how my 4 year old toddler was treated today by a phlebotomist by the name of Mahkayla! This lady was so insensitive and has terrible bedside manners .. My daughter was literally crying saying she was scared as most 4 year olds would while she was getting blood work donea and this lady threatens her by saying " if you keep moving we will have to do this two more times as my daughter is crying hysterically and she made the situation worse.. She appeared to be annoyed that my daughter was upset..She definitely should not be working with kids, Stay away from this place staff members are unprofessional.. Clearly they need training !!!

I came in today to do get my bloodwork done today. Made appointment at 1045AM, checked in through my phone but did not get text back that I was ready after waiting for 45min, so I called the office but phone line was busy as per operator. I went in to labcorp without getting a text to ask but the front desk and staff was very rude and had an attitude. Same towards other patient that came in and asked for help. When I went in, four empty rooms, which looked like for me that the front staff did not even check in to see if there were any room available and sent no text to patients that they were ready to com in. Will never come back due to the rude front staff. The phlebotomist was attentive and helpful.

Called this morning at 728. They open at 7 (per answering service and google) did they pick up? No. The answering service said they are closed and they are open at 7. Go figure!

I am not sure why this place even bothers taking appointments. Every time I have been to the 463 Cedar Lane location, I have come early, still have to give information I entered in the check in kiosk and have waited at least 20 minutes. Today I arrived at 12:07 for a 12:15 appointment and was not taken in until 12:45. It is rude, inefficient and completely dismissive of peoples time. I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed that!

Read all the negative reviews but was close so i went anyway. Place was clean, receptionist was nice and helpful. Nurse who took my blood was excellent, no painIn and out in about 10 minutes.

The staff at this location are not only unhelpful but also rude to their customers. Every time you visit they make you feel like you are begging for something out of charity. I been visiting this location for about 4 or 5 years and it seen they just getting worse.

Every reviewer below has complained about the same issue - rude staff! It seems to be an ongoing trend with Labcorp in general.This is the worst place to get your bloodwork. The staff is rude and argues with patients. I have been to this place a few times and with every visit, the staff has been rude to me and other patients. Even if the patient is noncombative, the staff will continue to degrade and insult the patients. They are extremely rude to people!I have called Labcorp directly to file a complaint against the place because this type of behavior from the staff should not be allowed. The staff needs to be fired and the jobs should be given to those who need it or send them for customer service training.

I see a lot of bad reviews, but my experience has always been very positive. I'm in and out for bloodwork normally, and even when it's busy, I was treated well, and they moved things as quickly as possible. The check-in process couldn't be smoother. Everyone was professional and friendly.
