They are horrible. They like to play games. I would not suggest you rent any of their properties

They have gotten better and made improvements to the building but some of the newer tenants are trashy, inconsiderate and ghetto as all hell. I ordered cases of water from Walmart and got notifications that it was on its way. Before I could make it downstairs, someone saw the driver, forged my signature and took some of the water. Wow such trash! I hope someone steals all their clothes when they do laundry.

They make it really hard to pay your rent! First, I was falsely accused of not paying when I used "ClickPay", the online service that residents were instructed to use. Even after my bank provided proof that the money was taken from my account, and given to ClickPay, MCM Management still accused me of "pulling a fast one". They magically found the payment after I reported the torn rugs on the stairs to L&I. Of course, I went back to mailing paper checks after this, and my rent check somehow went missing for 2 weeks, and magically arrived after they could charge a late fee. Now they are doing "lead" inspections, which apparently is a misspelling of "LEED", since the building was refurbished in 2006 and is unlikely to have lead paint. They're going to spread COVID-19 from apartment to apartment, just to get a "green" certification. They deny that they're selling the building, but I don't believe they want to make the building "green" to save the world. Meanwhile, they don't even care that half the apartments don't have working smoke detectors, and the beeping of the ones with bad batteries can be heard everywhere. If they're going to barge into people's apartments tomorrow, instead of waiting until everyone is vaccinated, they could at least stick some batteries in while they're at it. The fire department recently removed something from the 4th floor late at night, and they brought two full-sized fire engines for whatever it was. Probably drug-making equipment, but of course they never told us. You'd think that would be a good reason to have working smoke detectors.

I have lived in one of their building for 3 years. They do not exterminate or do pest control, the rental increases are high and disproportional to the area I live, no security, trespassing from homeless, drug addicts and other potentially dangerous people. This is the what is in my budget but soon I will have to leave due to the drastic rent increase. There has been a $150 Increase from when I moved in and it’s only a studio/efficiency apartment less than 400 Square feet.

Don't do it... these people are unprofessional and they will not respond to at all. Their website doesn't work, and neither does their representatives. My apartment was roach infested when I moved in and no one helped me. These people are the devil.

The management here is horrible and they try to take advantage of their tenants. I am currently in a year lease and my rent was raised before my lease was up. I spoke to several people about this manner and no one can seem to help they sent me out a lease renewal in April when my lease isn't up until November. I sent it back via email through an email address they provided and now they claim they don't have it which is the reason they raised my rent. I forwarded the email letting them know I did renew my lease for what I'm already paying and now they can't take the increase off my rent. I asked could I speak to someone that can help me but they won't provide that number in fear of being fired.

This place is horrible. I lived there, almost, 6yrs. I had to deal with, hookers, drug dealers and just a negative environment. Management did nothing about my complaints. I lived there for almost 6yrs, without any locks on my first floor apartment. They had the nerve to ask me why I was leaving. Are you kidding. My car was vandalized on a regular. Do not rent here. Trust me, you will regret, every moment. And they find, every excuse not to give back your deposit. It's not worth it keep looking. 5201 apt.1A.
