“This is my favorite LabCorp in the area (I've been to a few). I always make an appointment, and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. Yes, the waiting room is usually full, and I do have to wait longer every once in a while (I've been going every 1-3 months for years). I've always seen the staff working hard to manage the paperwork, the impatient people waiting, and the actual blood draws.
I think the negative reviews are a matter of expectations: just like going to a doctor's appointment, it takes as long as it takes. Don't expect them to drop everything when you arrive so that you don't have to wait a single minute; that's obviously unrealistic. The staff don't want to take forever to work with the scared, screaming child ahead of you either, but they have to. Don't schedule a lab appointment when you only have 15 minutes free; that's obviously not going to work most of the time. These seem like common sense things to me; does no one put themselves in other people's shoes anymore?”
“Excellent pediatric practice!! Doctors spend time giving the patient what is necessary and required. They go out of their way for their patients, go the extra mile for their patients, and will call you back. I can't say enough about them. Fabulous!”
