I am not currently a customer of this bank but the If employees treated me as if I was. I had a major problem with my car and pulled into the parking lot And the employees showed me a great deal of Compassion and understanding at a scary and difficult time for me . I recommend this place for its customer service alone I will be switching my accounts to there

I recently got automated bills that accidentally moved my balance to negative and I wasn’t aware of it. I was charged a late fee of $38 six times within a month adding up to a $300+ in late fees. I have a house mortgage contract with MT Bank, So i went to the local bank to speak to them about this issue and the front teller initially said that she will remove 2 of the 6 late fees. I told her it isn’t fair to remove only 2 given the fact that I wasn’t aware of this issue and the covid-19 crises. She told me to speak to manager which in turns made the situation worse by refusing to remove ANY of the late fees after I was told by the teller to remove 2 of them. I felt very disrespected and the staff along with manager don’t even have a slight understanding of their customers concerns. I have canceled my account with them and will further speak to corporate regarding this issue. Don’t waste your time making an account with them, all they want from you is your money nothing else matters to them.

They don't check rolls of coins for the correct amount when people bring them in. I swapped $20 for 2 rolls of quarters and was short on both of them a dollar each. I called and they accused me of taking the money after admitting that they don't count the rolls. Very shady to pull something like that especially at a bank.
