My experience at this branch has always been awful, which lead to my discontinuation. I took my grandmother to this branch in October to take care of some business. Mind you, my grandmother’s mobility is increasingly deteriorating and it is quite obvious. She and my grandfather have been a member of NVE back for over 30 years. She wanted to order more checks but was told by a branch manager that wasn’t there that since she has been a member for as long as she has and the amount in her account, she didn’t have to pay the shipping fee for her checks. We saw Oscar, who is one of the branch managers and divulged this information to him. He in return told us that there was nothing he could do. When my grandmother asked why he couldn’t override the system when he is, in fact, a manager, his response was, “I can but I won’t”! My grandmother was forced to leave this branch barely able to walk with a cane and go to the Englewood branch to finish conducting her business. Englewood’s branch has always given Exemplary customer service. Oscar should be fired as a branch manager with the way he conducted business. That was absolutely appalling and ridiculous. My grandmother is now ready to pull all accounts and discontinue business with this branch, all because of this poor experience. Can you imagine being a patron of a company for over 30 years and going into the original branch where you started your journey and right in the town that you reside and then treat you like nothing? How inhumane and unprofessional. A truly disheartening experience to say the least for my grandmother and myself, both being members of this bank.

Amazing Customer Service! Having a good experience with them currently. I do recommend if you want a bank with one on one focus on their customers.

Terrible bank in general with stupid policies and very low rates on all accounts. Also they require too much money to open up accounts

I came here Monday 3/29 at 2;30 pm to try and open an account.. I walked in and wasn't greated or acknowledged so I walked over to the guy at the desk and told him I wanted to open an account...the guy who was littleraly staring into space legit says yeah its by appointment only and im getting ready to leave so I can't help you...he then takes down all of my information and says that either he or someone's will call me to make an appointment to open a new account...well it is now 4/3 and no one even bothered to call me to open an account! You would think since it's covid people would jump at the thought of you wanting to put money in a savings account! I literally live up the street so I just wanted the account out of convenience however after this I will just take my money somewhere else! You can thank your crappy employee for that!

Where do I begin with this bank!! We had all of our money transferred out of investments and into our bank account at NVE and we have not had access to our money for over 3 months now. So we hired an attorney to act on our behalf and even he was was not able to get our all of our money released. We are still in the process of trying to empty this bank account so that we can move on to another bank with employees that are actually competent. We are consistently told that the manager is handling this and the back office is handling that...and blah blah blah this bank is a F$#%*ING joke. Again today we were told that the manager is not going to be coming in because of Covid even though we have a meeting with him. DO NOT TRUST this establishment or any of the clowns that work for it.
