“Very capable and genuine staff. I was assisted by Matt who was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as conscious of my budget. He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. They aren’t pushy and the prices on the tires were good. Honestly pretty ridiculously low labor cost. Will be going back for the other two tires.”

“I found Log Cabin about 7 years ago when looking for a good classic car restoration and repair shop for my 1977 Monte Carlo. Since then, I have had both the Monte Carlo and my rare 1975 Cosworth Vega restored here. Both cars have mild upgrades that I spec'd out in broad terms and worked closely with Tony's team to implement. His mechanics are top notch and passionate about cars, new and classic. “I had an issue with my F150 where it entered a "deep sleep mode" due to a few days of inactivity. I forgot that I received the message on the app a couple months ago, but was continuing to drive my truck sporadically. One day I randomly realized my passenger side door's "intelligent access" wasn't working. I tried it a few more times over the course of a couple weeks then came to the conclusion that maybe it was broken. I called multiple Ford dealer/service centers, mechanics and auto body shops. I called Mobil 1 Lube Express and got a hold of Mike who was clearly busy and said he probably wouldn't be able to help me for another week, but in that moment, he still decided to ask me a few questions about the problem and recommended that I disconnect the negative port of my battery for 5 minutes and see if that resets it. I tried it the next day and it worked - I spent countless hours wasting my time with Ford and other mechanics/auto body shops and I should've called Mike in the first place. I called him back to thank him and let him know it works. He humbly wouldn't take anything I offered him, so the least I could do is write this review. I'm a previous customer but they gained even more of my business, now. Thanks again Mike!!”

I had a nail in my tire and tried fixing it with a plug, but it didn’t hold. I ordered two replacement tires from Amazon and had them delivered to my house. When I called Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center, they quickly gave me a fair quote of $85.00 to mount, balance, and install the new tires, plus rotate them to the front. When I arrived, they got my car in right away and had the job done within two hours. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced, and everything went smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center for anyone needing reliable and efficient tire service.”
