Update 7/28/2025: still waiting for my owed money from organization. Small claims court will be the next step.
If I could give a negative score I would without hesitation. Namely, Jeremy is the most unprofessional and unproductive person I have interacted in a management group. 24 Hutton ave #46 west orange has mice and upgrades are definitely needed. I conducted my own 6 month detailed evaluation required with little engagement. My concerns as a tenant was ignored before my lease was terminated with a family to move before the end of the academic year. I still updated my apartment source status and left the apartment flawless (with an infestation of mice that I controlled solely).I mailed all keys timely certified and they were delayed- because the office requestedthis several times. AND NOW- Its been over 2 months -prorated rent from the last month has not been issued. According to the move out email just sent last week- I may not receive my security deposit back due to rental insurance (i am assuming because nothing is ever clarified when asked). Intregity and common respect will not be found with this team (to say the least).

Never showed up to show listing they’ve had on the market for over a month (21 Howard place) Very unprofessional. I called the agent several times and texted and received no call back or anything. I am coming all the way from New York and now have to pay tolls and gas having come out for nothing. Clearly dodging a bullet cause if a company is not responsive when it comes to showing a listing they will also be a hassle to get ahold of when there’s maintenance issues.

PMI New Jersey was one the best choices I made when deciding to hire a property manager for my house in Montclair, NJ. They immediately understood my needs and guided me through my options. Their modern online portal makes keeping track of income and expenses very easy. But most importantly, the headaches of finding vendors to maintain and repair the house, to address tenant issues, and to comply with township regulations are now all gone with their expert help. They are definitely worth the monthly fee. I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to professionally manage your property.

I would definitely use the services of this office again. I worked with Je'mere and she was very professional, punctual and organized. She assisted me with finding a tenant for my rental property. She went above and beyond and a tenant was found in about 3 weeks.
