These guys are associated with triple a. Great. But how about calling when the driver is outside! It’s standard procedure. Today I messed up the address by 6 houses(same number just didn’t know that the block name changed at the light ) and they left twice already I was outside both times waiting and responded to the message saying they had arrived..! I called their location to try and correct the mistake but no one answered the phone. Please better customer service, thank you!
Edit: got a call saying the shop is closed (called for tow at 9 am called me at 2 pm) ??

Although he had a couple of jobs before getting to my car he stayed in communication and updates on his eta to get to us being very professional.
Upon arrival not only was he very experienced and knowledgeable with cars and towing but he was also very nice,explained things well and has an awesome personality.
This was not an easy tow by any means,it was a 50 yr old antique car that wouldnt move,its a family heirloom that was stuck in the back of a tight driveway on a very busy street in North Bergen.David make it look easy.Then he towed it to Stroudburg PA and the location was definitely not easy for any trucks to get to having to navigate very small 1 way dirt roads in the dark country setting.His tip was well deserved and I highly recommend him for future service with any of my families vehicles.He did a great job!

Recently had some car trouble and AAA sent Teaneck shell to help me. Roger was the guys name that came to assist me on the side of the road broken down he was the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life! He said he could tow it back to the shop and that one of the managers would call me with an update. I told him ok and about a hour later Dan called me with the update and said he could fix the car that day!! So I said ok go ahead, after the car was fixed I got a call it was ready for pick up. When I got to the shell station I was greet by Lou who was also so nice and accommodating! This is now my go to place for anything car related

Had a car towed here after an accident and had to go pay/pick up some things. Met the owner….nicest person! I would send anyone here and def be back if I have issues with my truck or need gas. Thanks for everything!!

The VSC and check engine icons popped up on the dashboard. Brought the car in and hoped for the best. As a woman not familiar with cars, Dan could have told me anything. It turned out that not using the car very often caued the icons to appear. $41 including a safety check!! The car is 19 years old so it could have been anything. I cannot recommend this service station enough.

Team is very friendly. I have never had any issues til I recently brought my car in to check the brakes and do an oil change. I was told that the brakes were fine that the tech loves changing brakes and he would have notice anything wrong and the ABS should kick in. I continue to drive it and knew something was definitely wrong with the brakes. I took it to another mechanic, who told me that I had no brake fluid the line was leaking into another part of the car. He also noted that my car an older model has no ABS so it was very dangerous for me to be driving the car like that. I also need new shock absorbers. Obviously the tech at Shell only looked at the brakes from the exterior as the mechanic told me you would not notice anything without doing a proper inspection of the brake line. I miss the days when mechanics would inspect the car even if you when in for an oil change. I am glad I followed my gut and got another opinion.

These guys are the BEST!! I had brought my car to a few local service stations with a dangerous problem that none of them could ever figure out. My car would stall out while driving on the highway and my safety was being compromised.The mechanics here at Teaneck Shell figured out the problem quickly and were thorough in their diagnosis. Price for the repair was more than fair and I never had the problem reoccur again. It was like night and day after the repair and I am blessed to have found them.Dan, the Service Manager has been incredibly helpful thorough the years. He has always been fair and transparent in pricing and gives his expert advice on the best ways to progress when repairs are needed. I have dealt with many service managers in the past and Dan far exceeds all of them in his customer relations, dedication to resolution and all around decency. Every dealing I have had with him and Teaneck Shell has been beyond my expectations. The mechanics here are superior, as well as all the tow truck drivers that have helped me out when needed. Always courteous, on-time and personable.I highly recommend Teaneck Shell for anyone looking for competent and professional service at a fair price. Try them and I am certain you will feel the same as I do. I am very glad I found them!

Business posted hours as 24/7 but that's not true. At the least at 6:53 pm on Sunday, it's closed and the pumps deactivated.

Fantastic crew and very dedicated to thier customers. They helped me out when I got stuck and even AAA decided to leave me stranded on the highway. Dan and Dave are fantastic guys and as are the rest of the staff at Teaneck Shell.
