I've been coming to this store for 4 years now. For whatever reason, everyone except for 1 sweet lady who operates the self checkout registers have negative attitudes, are very unpleasant and have poor customer service. I live in Teaneck and now go to ShopRite In Paramus just to avoid these unfriendly people. The workers at the registers are nice though, but I never have enough groceries to go there and don't want to hold up the lines for a handful of items. In regards to my experience and the noted experience of other customers, this issue tells me that there's a cultural issue with these particular workers at the self checkouts registers. I feel sorry for the one lady who is always nice and always willing to help. Management needs to observe how the workers at those self checkout registers talk to and treat people.

Produce is poor looking, expensive (3.39 for apples per pound). Province and fruit, even though barcoded, doesn't scan. At register, screen does not display savings (you question if sale items are registering) until 3 steps into payment process. Fire the person responsible for programming! The people there have no smiles, are not ready to assist you. They look like they hate life and ShopRite.

I’ve witnessed Illegal aliens stealing shopping carts over the past several years. In recent weeks, this has spiraled of control. They casually leave the parking lot with STOLEN shopping carts. When I ask them to return the cart to the store, they pretend they don’t understand English. I have contacted this store, the manager was ambivalent. If the store management doesn’t care, then why should we care? Because these blatant thefts get passed down to the consumer.

Pleasant, well stocked but smaller location. Helpful staff. Convenient to main thoroughfare of Teaneck. Nice produce.

This store used to be great, but lately it's very hard to find good quality produce. Every time I come home and unpack there is smth wrong - mold on the underside of cucumbers (not visible in the packaging), apples have soft sides (again hidden by packaging), grapes which are covered in mold (again in the middle of the packaging). The prices for produce are super high. For example, the salad mix cost $5.99 per 11 oz. At Whole Foods you get 16 oz at $4.99 with much higher quality (the salad keeps fresh much longer in the fridge). They are also constantly out of non-dairy yogurts. They carry only one brand that's not loaded with sugar and as of today there were none available. What happened to this store? They should stop selling expiring food or change their supplier.P.S. The only good thing is the staff - always nice and friendly.

This is the worst grocery store that I have ever been to. They are consistently out of things, you can’t buy gift cards, unless someone is at the service desk, and they never have enough registers open.

First time at this location. Clean store, good produce, seemed pretty well stocked, but the prices seem just a tad bit higher than some other locations.

Great place, it has a lot of things. The only problem is that we went to get garlic bread and they didn't have so we wanted to see if they had in the bakery but nobody was there. It says the bakery closes at 7 but no one was there at 6:30. Besides that one thing it's still a great supermarket.

Always find what I need. Pricing is comparable to other grocery stores. CleanAssociates are helpful and professional.

This franchise supermarket owned by some Scandinavian company has TERRIBLE app. "Stock up on dirt cheap steaks, only $6.99 with digital coupon " but when you click on the "digital coupon", all you see are shampoo and diapers and detergents. Then when you try to choose by category, there's no meat or fish category. Bait & switch much? I'm sticking with ShopRite. For chrissakes, why continue to insist on UDAAP marketing practices?

I love this store and have great relationship w/ all the staff wtbE. 274th. I travel via 2 buses and a pretty long walk couple times a month depending on the sales and availability. Had a bad experience with store security which almost caused me to never shop there again but the company apologized and after few weeks I returned. Never received an apology from the security company but haven’t seen the guy and I’m fine shopping there. Again, store is very well run and feels like your local family grocery rather than a chain store.

Loved the reminder in the parking lot to bring bags into the store. Fine shopping experience, but I discovered a small spot of what I think is mold on fresh cinnamon buns so I threw it in a nearby trash. Oh well, it happens to the best of stores. Everything else was great, fast checkout, etc. I will likely go back.

I found gooseberries for the first time. Bought them and tried them. I liked them! Well stocked store and friendly cashier!
