The only thing this hotel has is location. The staff from mangers to everyone else is just dreadful. The housekeeping try to open chained door while you are still in the room, the restaurant closes at 11 for breakfast but refuse entry at 10:30 - plan on rude awakening here after a long night in the city.

Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe is an exceptional venue for corporate events and an expo center. The perfect blend of modern style and convenient location makes it an ideal choice for hosting such gatherings. The hotel's proximity to American Dream and the Meadowlands, along with its close distance to Teterboro Airport, ensures easy accessibility for attendees. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a sustainability restaurant, a bar, fitness center, meeting space, and a convenience store, providing all the necessary amenities for a successful event.Guests have consistently praised the hotel's commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. The professional and attentive service from the staff, as well as the high-quality food, have left a lasting impression on visitors. The newly renovated guestrooms and the newly opened lobby level "M Club Lounge" have also been highlighted as standout features, adding to the overall appeal of the venue. In summary, Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe stands out as a top-notch choice for corporate events and expos, offering a modern and convenient setting, excellent amenities, and a dedicated team committed to ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees !Highly recommended

One of favorite places to stay. Some yelling in the middle of the night but to be expected at such a large hotelRooms: Attractive hotel rooms . Newer furniture. Comfortable foam mattresses. Our queen mattress has a full size sheet on it that popped off when you got into bed.Nearby activities: Very close to Manhattan

I do not recommend it, I was there for 5 days and they did not provide hand soap and clean towels, they did not give water daily, how are you paying?

Lobby for this place was beautiful. But that's where it ended. The rooms are a bit dated, especially the shower. Please update the showers. The tub is ancient. Apart from that, stay wasn't bad and staff was friendly.

You know what sucks?Rolling into a hotel bar on a Friday night when it's not even midnight, and getting turned away despite seeing two or three tables full of patrons drinking and having a good time.Sometimes "we're closed" is a disservice to the establishment; to the potential bar goers; and especially the person who did the turning away, who's absolutely not getting a tip.Management: Smart money says Fix this Situation. It's a Friday night, for Christ sake.

Don’t botherThey can not provide a room with a functioning shower head. It was a trickle. We reported it to hotel on a Fri. at 1:30 pm. The following morning, same trickle. Did they offer to switch rooms? No. Do they care? Evidently not. After the fact: “we’ve given you 5,000 points for all the trouble”So…....you purposely avoid fixing the shower head, then you try to make it up to the client by offering points?? I cashed in 2 x 35,000 point certificates for two nights. And this 5,000 points is supposed to make up for three people not being able to take a shower for two days? I guess they figure 5,000 points and letting the shower stay the way it was - is cheaper than hauling in a plumber, doing the right thing, and getting the job done. LOL.Perhaps worst of all: the impersonal, generic form response from Marriott Glenpointe on the Google platform.

We had the breakfast buffet at Pancetta. The buffet was good. The table service was great. They were very atte time and always came around to make sure everything was great.
