Wish I could rate them less than 1 star because 1 star is being generous. Came in with my daughter to get our nails done. They told me a price and then raised it on me when I was about to pay. I got a polish change on my nails and she starting filing. I said this is going to take longer, can you just cut the. She cut them and said ok that will be an extra 5 dollars because it’s more work and decided to act out how pressing the nail clipper down is more work. I told her that’s just unkind- we got manicures and pedicures. She was very unkind. Whatever other utensils they used on my nails gave me an infection.

The service here is decent, but I often feel rushed and the finish doesn’t always come out neat. One thing that makes me uncomfortable is being asked for a tip every single time. I believe tipping should be based on the quality of service and offered freely, not requested. I hope the staff can slow down a bit and focus more on detail—it would really improve the experience.

Very rude. They’ll talk about you in their language and act like they don’t speak enough English to translate when you ask them what they’re saying. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Very poor service and I felt very disappointed. I always make appointment with Lauraine because she does a good job but they make me wait at least 40 mins twice . Then they change my nail lady a couple of times. I was very understanding the first couple of times but at this point I feel this place just has awful service.

I didn’t like them at all and their service wasn’t good, they were hurrying me because one of their best customers was on their way, mind you I got there at 10:30/10:40 and the customer got there at 12 something.
I did my nails with gel and when they were on the lamp, my nails were burning, I asked why they were burning and she said because my nails are weak 💀, and they're not weak at all, every time that I had to put my nails on the lamp, my nails were burning and started to hurt, the only thing she said was “it's your first time, their gonna burn”, mmm I don't think so, it is not my first time getting gel, the first time that my nails burn, and first and last time I go to that place.
My nails ended up looking weird and with different shapes and I asked for the simplest things.
(I asked for short, square pink nails)
+ They ask you if you're gonna give a tip, so unprofessional, you shouldn't be asking, it depends on the customer if they wanna leave a tip or not.
I posted this on 12/28/2024, it’s the next day and they’re already falling off…

This establishment is awful I had stopped in to get a quick manicure. My regular professional was not there. The manicurist caused a cuticle injury that caused this to happen. See pics. Stay away they are not professional and have bad attitudes. Be aware!

My daughter and I both had gel manicures on a walk in and we were pleased with the results. They took us right away and the shop is clean and the staff is very professional.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ACRYLIC NAIL SET. they do not know what they are doing. do not have the tools and overcharge. let my nail chunky, thick, wide, and bumpy when i specially shower her a picture of what i wanted. DO NOT GO FOR ACRYLICS.

this place is terrible and has no clue what they are doing. my nails were chunky and duck shaped when i asked for a a simple square shape. absolutely horrid experience

I went to the salon to get a simple manicure there was only 2 customers there one was getting a pedi and one was getting a mani I asked if I could get my nails done and she told me I had to wait they were waiting for their appointments to come I sat there 45 mins waiting and no one came. She then came look at my nails and walked me to a chair. Another came and look at them and said she doesn’t do gel manicures then said something in her language to the owner and I had to wait again. So I got up to leave in walked another lady without an appointment and they took her right away of course guess what she was getting a gel manicure. Will NEVER go back there for service unprofessional and rude.
