So, basically this place is trashy and in poor condition. The mini-bowling was not good and it was broken. They wouldn't even let people use the laser tag , virtual reality, and some parts of the arcade. Also, the highlight of their place is the car racing, but this is so mediocre because we are just using toy cars that always fall off of the track. They should just completely attach them to the track and let us use them that way so they don't fall off, but they do not do that. Also, most of the arcade games that they let us use were broken. I don't know about the other arcade games because they only let us use some of the arcade games, and not all of them. Don't waste your time on this place because it isn't worth it. It is trash and it is a small pathetic place with defective games and activities.

Awful Experience - Avoid at All Costs!I want to start by saying that I do not typically write poor reviews. If you take a look at my profile it will confirm that not only is this truly but that I am also a high level reviewer.This review is long overdue and I feel bad now because it looks like he has played these games with other families as well. My family and friends had a horrific birthday experience at this place and I could not recommend avoiding this place AT ALL COSTS!Here's just some of what went wrong:Double Booking: We booked a party room, but upon arrival, we discovered they double-booked and tried to shove us into a tiny corner with two folding tables! This was completely unacceptable, especially with the number of guests both parties had. We were more than accommodating and let the other party use the room first since our food had not arrived yet. We then had to clean the room ourselves and decorate it while in the middle of our party.Missing Decorations & Staff: As we had discussed over the phone the Minecraft theme was nowhere to be found. We ended up decorating ourselves with the little that we brought.Understaffed Chaos: There were simply not enough staff members to handle the number of children present (due to the double booking). This resulted in: Party Interruptions: The other party's children kept wandering into our area, making it difficult for our kids to enjoy the activities Lack of Help: We, the parents, had to cut cake, serve food, clean up messes, and basically manage the party ourselves while the staff was overwhelmed Limited Activities: Half the slot car tracks weren't even operational!Unprofessional Communication: Despite numerous attempts to reach the owner regarding our concerns, we were met with silence and dodging. We received a single call threatening legal action before we could even discuss the situation.This experience caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for our entire family, especially our children. I felt bad for the employees but the owner failed to deliver on what was promised and showed a complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!Additionally, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.One more thing. Pay attention to some of the reviews. It seems to me many of his reviews are fake, possibly coming from people he knows and accounts that were created.

Update….check their response below for the continued lies!! No one threatened you! You admittedly just said the party was booked during hours you’re not open, that’s your fault right there for letting that happen. Good luck failing!!KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY PLANNERS BEWARE!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to let other parents looking to book birthday parties know what my experience with Teaneck Speedway was. I booked my son’s Laser tag party online on February 4, 2024 after speaking to Josh the owner who advised me to do so. I chose the 1:30 pm option. After much miscommunication between him and his manager Valentina, here we are a month later and 3 days out from my booked party. I tried several times to contact the manager to confirm my party with no response. Once I finally got a hold of her, her words to me exactly were “oh my God we’re not open at 1:30, we open at 4, we can’t have your party.” She proceeded to lie and say she called me but I didn’t pick up and she didn’t leave a voicemail.My 7 year old son was extremely disappointed as expected after having his heart set on laser tag. There was no remorse by Valentina or Josh only continued efforts to cover up their mistakes. I was luckily able to find another option for my son’s birthday at the last minute. Parents beware, there are options on their website to book birthday parties when they are not open, they will take your deposit and fail to let you know this. Not everyone will be so lucky to find another spot 3 days before and I’d hate to see more sad kids. Maybe they don’t have children to understand how devastating this is to a child. It’s clear that most of their reviews are bad or fake. Your business is terribly and dishonestly run and you will fail miserably if you continue on this route. You failed to provide a professional, responsible experience and disappointed my son greatly. You’ll get what you deserve.

$25 for your child and $25 for the adult that’s taking the child is not kool. Just called and I say “Thank you” and the girl hangup on me cause she didn’t like the fact I thought it was a little too much for the adult to pay same fee to watch child enjoy.

We came with 7 kids ranging from 7 - 20. The attendants were pleasent. Half the slot racing games were not hooked up and the ones that were didn't work well. The cars kept falling off the track, a lot of the controllers didn't work. The arcade consisted of roughly 10 decrpited games, not all of which worked. If you swiped your card on a broken game, you account was held for 4 minutes. The games on my phone were more exciting.
Lazer tag was fun, but the vests and guns were iffy and the scores seemed rather random. The vests were well used and not all buckles worked or were there. While it was not a bad experience, it was not worth the $30 dollars per person. It was good for an hour.

Teaneck Speedway is amazing! Our son’s 7th birthday party was a lot of fun! The staff and owner are very nice and the kids had fun in a very clean and well managed environment!
