This is one of my all time favorite stores for kids toys, accessories, hats, baby and birthday gifts and more! The owner, is so gracious, patient and helpful! She always helps me choose correctly and always has great suggestions! I love shopping at the purple bow- it is a must for anyone looking for creative, fun and affordable children's gifts!

Every encounter with the Purple Bow is great and positive. I am warmly greeted each time I go in there, and am always treated nicely whether I make a purchase or not. There is a tremendous selection of fun and unusual toys and baby gifts. It’s my go-to place for baby gifts. Ahuva the owner always helps me choose and makes great recommendations!

The owner is rude and dishonest. They ordered merchandise from my company, called and yelled to our customer service team because UPS delayed their shipment (we were trying to help even though we have no control over UPS deliveries), they declined the shipment without notifying us and disputed the credit card charge. A disgrace.

When The Purple Bow first opened, I was very disappointed. The service was poor and I was basically ignored. In the last year I have been there several times. They have turned themselves around. They greet me as soon as I go in.They have a great selection of toys and other items, and have made great suggestions. I’m glad to see it’s a place I can go into right in my neighborhood, feel welcomed and get good service.One thing I have bought for several newborns are attractive hooded towels with the babys’ names embroidered on it.

Great customer service! Went to get all my holiday gifts for my grandkids. Even with a store full of customers, the employees were making sure all the customers were being helped and given plenty of attention.

The owner was ruder than anyone I have ever interacted with in my life. She needs to learn about customer service or else that store isn’t going to survive. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this store at all costs!

I was confused by delivery option vs shipping option and by default picked shipping...$12 to ship a mask?!? I emailed them saying -here’s what happened-but $12 to ship a mask...not so cool...owner called to YELL at me for my email...what ever happened to customer is always right...I just wanted to cancel the order before it went through...and point out that The shipping cost was more than the item I bought! At the end she continued to defend her website and hung up on me...hey purple bow-that’s not cool either!?! Manners would be a great way to say thanks for your business...

Wow! What an amazing customer experience. It's nice to go to a store and talk to someone who is so knowledgeable about all of her products. She will give you honest reviews of the products from her other customers as well! I bought two car seats and some other baby gizmos there and will definitely be back. The store is filled with fun stuff to look at.

This store purchased some of children's books from Michaelson Entertainment in 2015 and they still have not paid for them. We have left dozens of messages, sent many copies of the invoices and they do not give us the courtesy of a response. I cannot recommend this store.

Their Customer service is non existent. Totally disinterested and rude. The woman that I encountered coming out of the store while I was going in was rude. She came back into the store, and I realized that she actually worked there. The woman behind the counter kept her back to me while I was there, and then proceeded to answer my question as if she couldn't be bothered. There was also a Customer sitting on the couch who was speaking ridiculously loud on a video chat on her cell phone. The employees of the store allowed that and could have cared less of other customers were disturbed. They didn't have the item that I wanted, and quite frankly, I would not have purchased it there even if they item had been available. I'll never go into that store again.
