Run from Twin Oaks. My friends cat was fine until he left from office. Passed away the same day.

Haven't been there physically for years but the experience since the start of COVID and going forward is horrible. They keep trying to bill me for the same invoice even though I paid it the day of service, May 2019, and they keep sending me emails asking me to pay. They also rudely denied an urgent request for an appointment when I thought something was seriously wrong with my cat (there was) and told me to go somewhere else as they already had a few appointments.

Love the doctor here and Sandra in the front desk is a lovely person. I am not sure where we would be at with our rescues without this Vet. Thank you doctor for helping us with Blinky's eye surgery, and for everything else you do to help us care for our rescues.

Woman who answered the phone is beyond rude and aggressive. She starting screaming at me and hung up the phone on me. Apparently, they only work with "rescues" now, and don't offer low cost vet services to the public anymore either. So, what are pet owners supposed to do? Every low cost service is closed...and they don't even have the patience to explain or to recommend a different place to go. Im in tears because they screamed and wouldn't help me...or at least be kind & understanding. Cruel people.

They take good care of all our feral cats. They are the BEST. All the staff are fantastic (& Cathy is the best).

Well organized drop off and pick up for feral cat TNR; pleasant, helpful staff; great care of cats, especially those in need of extra care.

The girls at the desk are incredibly rude! I was asking questions about the trap and release program because I was there pre-covid with a bunch of ferrel cats and there were some changes on how things were being done.....She literally says to me,"Why are you asking these questions If you've been here before? You should already know these things".... I asked her why the rude comment and reminded her that it's her job as a receptionist to inform and answer questions..... she had the audassey to start laughing at me. Years back, the girls at the desk had nasty attitudes and nothing has changed! They are super rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Very sad, when all I'm trying to do is be of service to the ferrel cats in Bergen County! They need an attitude adjustment, big time!

The vet is very friendly, however the staff may give you a total different experience. They did the job well, wish them better.

I had my male cat neutered , their price was much lower than other vets in the area. They also did one checkup before surgery.

I picked up my 6 month old kitten from Twin Oaks after he was neutered. The women at the front desk were extremely rude. When I asked a question, I was told to read the instructions. They were nasty and dismissive. The young girl who handed me the crate was the only nice one there. My kitten was extremely distraught during the car ride home. He couldn't get comfortable in his crate and cried and jumped around for the entire car ride. I attributed it to the anesthesia until I got home and let him out of the crate. They left an open needle in there which I'm sure stuck him whenever he tried to sit! As far as the neutering job, it's too soon to tell how they did. They do not use stitches. I'm not sure that's a good thing however. I will never go back!

We adopted a rescue cat and they suggested this vet. They were easy schedule and her operation (spay) went very well. It was best clean and organized. Also they offered an affordable price since it was from the rescue organization.Win win.

I came to Twin Oaks because I heard such wonderful things like the drs and prices were great. Couldn't imagine after walking out his disgusted I would be! Luci Terenin had NO BEDSIDE MANNER. U think since your dealing with animals that you would be treated decently. I feel like my sick cat got nothing. And I spent $400 for nothing. Exam and 3 minutes of the fake doctors time. Then when I was wanting to ask questions she just walked away, but what about my cat??!! Disgusted that my sick cat got no help!?? But keep this heartless woman. Sad!!!
