Today I gave them a 3 because the store hours said they closed at 5 PM and I arrived 10 minutes before store closing and they were GONE. I called the Hackensack Store and they were opened but I did not have enough time to get there because they to close at 5 at least they were opened. The young man did inform me the stores were under different owners. Nevertheless if you are opened until a certain time and closes early that is an inconvenience to the customers.

Absolutely would not get a passport photo done here again. For an extremely expensive service, there were no checks or retakes. My photos were blurry. You’ll get better photos taken at the DMV

Every time I have had to ship a package, the customer service was helpful, friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with shipping or tracking my package and it’s always arrived on time. The entire process is so smooth and I appreciate it!

This UPS is excellent and very professional. Allen was excellent, helpful and friendly. He helped me package and ship a set of large and complex packages. He helped me get the best price on the shipping and assisted with sealing everything up. He was a pleasure to work with and did everything with a smile. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the UPS location in Teaneck thanks to Allan and Morgan. Their energy and overall positivity were amazing! Both of them were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s not every day you come across such genuine customer service. Allan and Morgan truly went above and beyond—UPS is lucky to have them!
