I really wanted to ignore the other reviews and try this place out on my own since I’m only a walk away from my apartment, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
If I do come back, it’ll only be for a pedicure because that was the only thing that turned out nice and didn’t chip.
I spent over $107+ for a pedicure and gel extension nails and I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the gel polish. Within a day my gel chipped off my nails and not even a week later, 3 nails had chips in them.
Usually my nails last me for several weeks but now I have to get them redone.

I came here last Sunday before I went to a destination wedding and now that I’ve gone here I will definitely never return. About the only positive thing I can say is that they were close by and open on Sunday.
I called and asked if they had time and they told me if I came right away they could. I live about a 5 minute drive away but naturally it still takes a moment for a person to gather their things before they head out. She called like 4 minutes later nagging at me asking me where I was when it was nowhere close to 11 am when her other appointment was set to come. I should’ve just canceled right there because it set the tone for the whole visit.
I came in and one of the younger ladies got to work on my toes. She was sweet, super nice and did a great job. My toes held up perfectly on vacation and didn’t chip at all.
As for the two old ladies who run the shop? Both of them were so rude. I came in and greeted them and they were so uninviting. And the heavier set one did my nails and she did a horrible job and then demanded I pay her in the middle of the service. And she demanded I tip, even though per their own rules it says they don’t want anyone tipping by card. I guess it was to guarantee that she got tipped even though she provided terrible customer service. And then they left me to dry my nails and didn’t say anything to me at all, didn’t even once come and check to see if I was done after sitting for some time. I said thank you and goodbye and they ignored me.
Steer clear of this place. If you go, it’s only worth getting your toes done and nothing more.
EDIT: she’s going to lie and say that I showed up 30 minutes later…if that were true how is that possible when I called you first to ask about an appointment at 10:10 am? Just sad that you feel the need to lie instead of just apologizing for your bad service!

It’s such a shame because honestly I felt relaxed going to this place, but God forbid you forget your tip money or don’t tip them they will snap at you.The first time I came I tipped them and it was fine and dandy but the second time when I came with my mom, and I forgot my tip money at home the bigger lady started giving me an attitude and started talking to me rudely. My mom has been going there for years and always tipped but if you forgot or don’t it’s the end of the world. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly if I’m already paying this much money for my nails you’re gonna get mad cause I couldn’t give you a dollar extra as a tip?! That shows that they need more money such a shame. Money hungry it’s sad. Acting like 2 extra dollars is going to make them rich. Tips shouldn’t be required and if that’s the case then they should have put a sign up.. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU THEY ARE GREEDY.
Stylist: I don’t know their names but the bigger lady is the one that makes you want to leave and never come back she’s the one with an attitude and being rude she’s most likely the one who responds to these reviews with an attitude as well. So if she sees this hi :)

I ve been coming hear a few years nice relaxing atmosphere it feels like home. My favorite gel pedicure that last for a month and a hot stone massage . Done perfectly always I corn form other town just here that’s how much I like That place . Also working stuff is so nice and caring and very accommodating ,anything you need they will work with you Good job guys thank you

Was available on a Sunday, which is awesome. Didn’t like how my nails came out. Loved the color and the idea just not the execution. Too bubbly, maybe the nail polish was almost out? The first coat was beautiful but then adding the second made it thick and meh.They were a very quiet salon, 3 chairs for hands and 2 for pedicures. I paid 40$ for gel. Pricier than my usual spot but the convenience of being open on a Sunday makes up for it~ I guess lol.Kinda bummed about my nails but I’ll just go back to my regular spot.Thank you for the service! ?

My gel manicure came out beautifully!Great service for a $30 pedicure + $15 callus treatment (upgrade), and $40 gel manicure. $85 total.It was a hot and humid day, and one of the owners, Michelle, offered me a battery operated hand fan when she noticed I was pregnant since maternity really throws off your hormones levels.Salon was busy on a Saturday around 1-2pm. They do have two pedi chairs, and three manicure tables.I had an amazing experience, and will definitely visit again.

Rude staffs. Demand tips and tell us that we don’t give right amount of tips, demand more. Shameless and greedy; oppress to deaf customers.Never come back again. Go to other nail salon.

I have gotten a gel mani and a gel pedi here and both times they have been very good! It's a small place, but they are quick and the price is great!

Good customer service. The Lady’s that work in this place knows what they are doing. No matter what is the problem you have with your nails , they will resolve and make your nails beautiful.

Lovely little nail salon! Manicurists are very good. Best pedicure I've had in a long time. Nails cut and trimmed beautifully and evenly. I usually get a lavender spa pedicure. Can usually get right in. Nice energy in the salon and lovely ladies working here. Referred a few people who also loved their experience.

I give this salon 1 star....but that's too many. 5 years ago moved around the corner, Changed salons because it was down the block. Became a regular customer with( Lisa the previous owner) over4 years. NEW OWNERSHIP came in about a year ago. Since then the customer service is HORRIBLE . I've been tolerating the rotten attitude from the new owner who does my nails. Shes a Sour Puss and appears angry or unhappy to be there.. I don't like when my nails are filed on the side...... when I reminded her of that request......... She became enraged telling me that my nails are growing crooked and that my nails are difficult to do. Then starts talking to the woman next to her in Korean about me..... complaining clearly..... I don't need to know Korean to understand that. Her tone said everything. My hands have arthritis but that has nothing to do with my nails. How dare she insult me in that way. It took everything in me to sit there through the rest of that. As I got up and paid I told them I would not be back. That she should learn to take constructive criticism. Afterall a customer who's paying for a service has every right to ask for what they need and want. Instead of apologizing for her inappropriate words and attitude..... she began to dismiss me with her hands in my face telling me to go. The woman is a miserable person ....bossy and intimidating. I feel sorry for the girls who work there doing pedicures. (They inherited this new miserable Woman as a boss.) New owners are rude and unfriendly towards customers. Their English is terrible. They use that electric nail filer to the point that your nails burn and you have to pull your hand away for relief. I was putting up with these uncomfortable chairs that make you feel like you're leaning forward...... The television is mounted behind the customers volume so low you can't hear it. There's a nail salon almost every mile apart in this town and in every town surrounding. I don't need them I can go anywhere. They have a lot to learn about customers and customer service. Using Groupon to advertise deals and coupons is only going to get them so far.

poor quality gel manicure. i really wanted to love this place because i enjoyed my experience at the salon. but the quality is horrible. i got my gel nails done friday and by sunday morning half of my index nail had peeled off. i called and got it fixed for free but through the week the rest of my nails are also peeling.i am student and don’t do anything crazy with my nails. i have never gotten a gel manicure that has lasted LESS THAN A WEEK. very very poor quality and disappointing. will not be returning.
