Just writing this based on my experience at this Walgreens. I came in to purchase some things, my child a 6 year old had to use the rest room. I asked an older looking Asian lady maybe in her 60s if there was a restroom and she looked me in the face and said no they don’t have a restroom in the entire Walgreens, I asked her again when I was paying at checkout and again she lied in my face and denied a child to she the restroom. Never had an issue in any other Walgreens or cvs pharmacy. She needs training on not lying.

I want to take a moment to share how incredible Rossy is as a pharmacist. In my experience, she is truly the best and goes above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment you step into the pharmacy, Rossy sets the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She has an incredible ability to make people feel comfortable, supported, and valued, no matter how busy or stressful the day may be.
Rossy’s knowledge and expertise are unmatched. She doesn’t just fill prescriptions—she makes sure her patients fully understand their medications, how to take them properly, and what side effects to look out for. She always takes time to explain everything in a clear and reassuring way, never rushing through the process, and always making sure all questions are answered. That level of dedication is rare and shows how much she truly cares about people’s health and well-being.
What stands out most about Rossy is how supportive she is. Many times, dealing with health concerns can be overwhelming or stressful, but Rossy has a way of easing those worries with her calm demeanor and compassionate approach. She listens, she cares, and she treats everyone with the utmost respect. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for every patient she helps.

THE WORST PLACE TO GET THE PHARMACY ON THE PHONE THEY WILL HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR LIKE AN HOUR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A LOCAL PHARMACY. MY DOCTOR IS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

Was at the hospital all night couldn’t breath from flu complications. Meds was sent to pharmacist they lost one and told me to come back in an hour to pick up 3 more meds in including inhaler, while ladies are not filing prescriptions too busy talking. I don’t think I will come back to this location. Very disappointed Hackensack is closing. 520 cedar lane sucks.

Love the pharmacy staff! They go out of their way to be helpful. We have found the drug prices to be the best around. Wish they had Sunday hours, but they're so good, I wouldn't go elsewhere.
