Howard was incredible!!!!! Walked us through the re- finance of our commercial property without a hitch. We had spoke to numerous lenders and no one would touch our property because of its age. We not only got a 30 year loan but we were able to take some cash out at closing for repairs. Thank You Mr. Heckler!!!!!

Terrible customer service, been shopping around and not sure why I even gave these guys a chance but I did, horrible pricing and can not deliver a true stated income loan like they promise on their website. Harold Heckler is a joke that can care less about what your real purpose is and won't even let you speak without talking over you. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, anywhere but here. You're better off going to a big bank and getting retail pricing. These guys are greedy amateurs.
