I would say poor service, but it’s actually no service! On several occasions I already when I came at the posted opening time, the bank did not open their doors until 15 minutes later. Then today, I came at 1:45pm and was told to come back in 15 minutes as the teller was on her lunch break! What happened to good costumer service??? I may be moving my money elsewhere, and recommend others to find a better bank…one that values their customers!

What a horrible service! The lady asked me to come back another time because my transaction would take a while and there were people waiting behind me. What kind of request is that? A customer is a customer, a transaction is a transaction. So unprofessional!

Horrible SERVICE!!My sister had a claim with Geico and they sent her a certified check.My sister lives in the Bronx she came to do business in town and she needed a certified check.When we came to the branch the manager had the AUDACITY to say that they money needed to stay in her account for (five DAYS) to make sure it was not a fraudulent check ( she also did not allow me to be next to my sister while she told her all these lies) (my sister does not speak English)After we left the branch feeling uneasy and confused. we called the 1800 number (raised our daily limit to 10k per day and simply used our card to conduct business) the representative said that the branch manager was lyingWe also placed a complaint on the branch. I bet you 100% she thought my sister was not trustworthy because doesn't look like the typical Tenafly person . she is Dominican and dark skinned. the funds were cleared and available and she had more than enough to get a certified check.moral of the story is: Learn to just do your job and not create non existing rules that makes your loyal customer feel discriminated Karen with the 80's hair cut!

Extremely uninformed and uneducatedThe manager here told me I can get my 300 deposit back in 24 hours.It’s been about a month, where is my money?I followed his instructions, waited for 2 weeks. Nothing.I came in, waited 2 weeks. Nothing.Called back and they still couldn’t tell me what’s going on.Long story short,Don’t trust them and don’t expect anything from them.

1 teller. Long line. I paid this month's mortgage @ $32.00 short this month , at the closter nj branch.. i could only find an old coupon..not my current coupon. I found the current coupon and went to the Tenafly, NJ branch. 2nd trip today. Their system wouldn't accept the balance due. The system wanted the whole month's amount. The teller said, "maybe try again tomorrow? The system has to update". So now I'll have to make a 3rd trip. I told the teller i'm trying to pay it before i get s late fee for paying short. She said there's nothing she can do. The system won't let her make a partial payment

Stopped by location after work. They close in 1½ hours. Needed a temporary debit card because mine was lost/stolen over the weekend. They wouldn't allow me to get the card because I didn't schedule an appointment. Meanwhile there was 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing at the time. Average time to issue a temporary card is 3 to 5 minutes. I understand the issues going on with covid-19, but give me a break. Very poor customer service. Debating changing banks all together now. Had enough of that!

If you do not enjoy waiting, DO NOT GO to this tiny branch. If five to ten more minutes can get you to another branch, please do so. They have just one teller and one banker working, and they are extremely slow.
